Extensively refurbished to a high specification the apartment has the benefit of air conditioning throughout with a luxurious kitchen comprising high gloss units with granite work surfaces. There is a separate secure utility area ideal for storing golf clubs, bicycles etc. and 4 sun beds/loungers and outside table and chairs.
The fully air-conditioned accommodation which has recently been completely renovated and refurnished, and can accommodate up to 6 people, comprises: -
Rear Entrance Lobby – comprises utility area, washing machine and storage space.
Lounge/Dining Room – with patio area overlooking the gardens and pool area has Andalucian furniture, sofa bed sleeping 2 and TV.
Kitchen – Units comprise sink unit with mixer tap (h & c) with working surfaces to either side, having drawers, cupboard and space under and wall cupboards over. Tiled walls and tiled surround to granite worktops, extractor fan, strip light, breakfast bar, fridge, freezer, electric oven and hob and dishwasher. All necessary cutlery and crockery are provided
Bedroom 1 – Overlooking the pool has a range of built-in wardrobes with sliding doors with double bed.
Bedroom 2 – Overlooking gardens with a range of built-in wardrobes with sliding doors, 2 single beds and an en-suite shower room with pedestal basin (h & c), shower unit and cubicle.
Bathroom and W.C – Pedestal basin (h & c), panelled bath (h & c), shower unit and cubicle, low level suite and tiled walls.

Spectacular gardens surround the Pueblo with a divine swimming pool and bathing area with parts shaded by mature trees if the sun becomes too much!!. Extensive car parking is included within the grounds of the Pueblo and there are 3 excellent restaurants within a 10 minutes walk of the apartment as well as the dining facilities of El Paraiso Hotel and El Paraiso Golf Club.

Conditions
The cleaner comes in on the day of your departure to clean the apartment and wash the laundry for the next tenants. The charge is 15 Euros per person subject to a minimum charge of 40 Euros and you are responsible for leaving this money – we suggest you leave it in the lounge.
Please take your own pool towels. Bed linen and bath and hand towels are provided.
Departure must be no later than 10.00 am.
The Costa del Sol region
The sunshine coast of Southern Spain is home to this apartment. The Andalucian towns of Marbella, Puerto Banus, San Pedro de Alcantara, Estepona and Fuengirola are easily accessible within 30 minutes and Malaga, Gibraltar, Ronda, Seville, Cordoba and Granada are all no more than 3 hours away by road.
The San Pedro de Alcantara / Benhavis El Paraiso Golf area
Located in a quiet and tranquil setting with extensive and mature gardens, the apartment is a 5 minute walk from the famous Gary Player designed El Paraiso Golf Club and a 30 minutes walk from the beach and the amenities of Buena Vista. The thriving Bel Air tennis club is less than a kilometer away.
By car the apartment is 15 minutes from the centre of Puerto Banus and a further 5 minutes to Marbella. The idyllic gastronomic village of Benahavis is a 10 minutes drive as is Estepona. Gibraltar is 45 minutes away.

Direct flights to Malaga followed by 45 minutes car journey to the apartment. We can arrange for you to be collected from the airport and chauffeured to the apartment in your hire car. Similarly on your day of departure again you can be chauffeured to the airport in your hire car and simply dropped off at departures by the hire company or you can drive there yourself - a great way to start and finish your holiday without the aggravation usually associated with car hire abroad!
