The main en suite bedroom has a double bed and double sink bathroom. The second bedroom has two good quality beds usually set together to make a super king but they can just as easily be set apart. The thirds bedroom has two single beds.
The lounge has a three and two seater leather settees over looking a large flat screen TV, tied into a DVD and satellite with free view and UK channels. There is an i-pod docking station and speakers.
Wifi is available at no cost at the golf club house and at some local bars and cafes.

The apartment is south west facing benefiting from full sun until sunset, if the sun gets too much there are awnings and sun shades to relax under, on the large terraces which are well equipped with tables chairs and sun loungers.
You are a few short steps from a good sized pool set in tropical gardens.The emphasis is on relaxation in luxury surroundings.
There are excellent sporting facilities, a Seve Ballestros designed golf course always in good condition,with an array of other top golf courses just minutes away. On site there are tennis and paddle courts, a golf driving range, practice area and putting green.
There's a children's play area surrounded by a large grassed play area.
A 25% non refundable deposit is required at time of booking. The balance plus a security deposit of £200 is due 8 weeks before departure.
The rates include a full "pre-check in" with clean fresh towels and sheets on arrival plus a full "check out" clean.

The Costa del Sol region
The Costa Del Sol is an all year-round destination enjoying mild winters and hot sunny summers. Perfect for relaxing or for lovers of golf, tennis, sailing, water skiing, and even skiing in the Sierrra Nevada .
Within striking distance is Seville, Cordoba and a must is the Alhambra Palace at Granada about a 2hr drive away.
Los Arqueros is centrally located, Malaga and Gibraltar both 40 mins away.
Gibraltar has many attractions-Visit The Rock and the Barbary Apes, take a boat trip to see dolphins and whales or do some duty-free shopping in the old town.
For a very different day-out take the ferry to Tangiers and visit a souk!
Estepona-15minutes, pretty old town, lovely beach and marina. Visit Selwo Safari Park.
Marbella-15 minutes,Designer shops set amongst cobbled streets and squares in the Old town
Puerto Banus- 10minutes, Glitzey boutiques, marina, bars and nightclubs.
San Pedro- less than is 5 minutes away a typically Spanish town with very long palm lined Esplanade and Beach.
The San Pedro de Alcantara / Los Arqueros Golf Club area
Our local town of San Pedro is a very pretty Spanish town with pedestrian streets many bars, Tapas and restaurants There is a large market every week. The long sandy beaches have many activities in the summer months. An ideal place for a family holiday.
The Ronda mountains start a short drive above the apartment and is a lovely place to visit during your holiday.
Benahavis village with its gourmet restaurants is about 10 minutes drive.
There are too many places to visit to mention here,we have a good supply of guide books and maps available in the apartment.

We have been staying in apartments in this area for nearly 10 years and this one is the best yet. Everything you need for a comfortable holiday, The roof terrace is fantastic for relaxing and soaking up the sun. Beautiful location overlooking golf course. Ideal posititon for visitng Marbella, Puerto Banus and Estepona. Close to many beaches too.

Stayed here for 3 weeks this summer. Whilst the location is a little further out of the way than our usual rentals, the views from the balcony and roof terrace more than compensated. The apartment is maintained to a very high standard. The complex was still nice and peaceful despite it being the height of the season. Hope to book again for another visit.

We loved our stay at Casa Loron. The location of the apartment was first class, being located near lots of shops and restaurants, and a few mins to the beach, Puerto Banus and Marbella. We enjoyed barbeques overlooking the greens of Los Arqueros, and to the sea. The roof deck was fantastic. The views from the pool too were fantastic. Inside the apartment itself it was spacious, and well furnished. The lift from the underground car park directly to the door was very handy. Overall I would give the apartment a big thumbs up, and we have re-booked for another week already.
