Benhavis / El Paraiso is set between San Pedro and Estepona and is in the heart of the new golf valley, with over 30 courses within 30 minutes drive, eg. El Paraiso, Monte Mayor, Marbella Golf Club, Atalaya Golf club.
Superb weather for a golfing break in the winter.
The Costa del Sol region remains a great sun spot and brilliant holiday venue. Picturesque Spanish villages, sandy beaches, watersports, relaxing walks in the Andalucian mountain foothills, busy towns, bars, restaurants this area has it all!
Climate is very good throughout the main season and mild the rest of the year and not to windy, plentiful sunshine until late into the evening.
The San Pedro de Alcantara / Benhavis El Paraiso Golf area
Benhavis, is a typical whitewashed spanish village in the mountains famous for its very narrow streets, highly recommended for the vast number of restaurants and bars, together with spectacular views can get busy in the height of the summer
There are some new hotels in the area which are open to the public and along the urbanisation there many places to eat and drink of all nationalities, again within 15minutes.
San Pedro is a religious town and enjoys all the spanish festivals, it has a long promenade onto white sandy beaches. The place for wind surfing.Hosts a Saturday market
Duquesa another Italian influenced port lovely to while away a few hours approx 30 minutes by car
Estapona.
Has a beautiful marina, plenty of bars and cafes to while away the time, bustling market, a town centre of shops , bars & restaurants
Mijas: just a liitle further away towards Malaga in the mountains is the main whitewashed village , not to be missed
Benalmadena - water park , lengthy promenade
Puerto banus: 10 mins by car is a lively cosmopolitan marina, good shopping and a lovely beach.
Marbella: 15 mins away with its wealth of restaurants , shopping and nightlife
In the area there is also the animal park 'Selwo'

Loved it so much we bought our own
Have returned time and again and love it so much.
The holidays have been very good. The residence is very, very nice with all the trees and flowers and so on. We liked it very much, because all was very cultivated by the staff. It is one of the nicest residence in this area.
Excellent property ,perfect location and near to all main attractions
