Our delightful holiday home is just minutes walk away from El Paraiso golf course to name but one of the 30 courses in the area and close to beaches and mountains. The lively resorts of Marbella and Puerto Banus are just a short drive away. It is within easy access to all amenities including local markets and many excellent restaurants for eating out.
The larger than average ground floor apartment is tastefully furnished with one double en suite and one twin bedroom with additional folding bed. The large double terrace leads to beautiful gardens and overlooks the pool making it perfect for lazy days in the sun.

The Costa del Sol/Malaga region
Benhavis/El Paraiso is between San Pedro and Estepona. Just a short drive to Marbella and Puerto Banus. It is in the heart of the famous Costa Del Sol's superb golf courses of which there are over 30 all within 30 minutes drive.
The fantastic climate makes this a popular tourist area all year round. Just a 50 minutes drive through the mountains will take you to the spectacular Tajo Gorge in Ronda or approximately 2 hours away are the exciting cities of Sevilla, Cordoba and Granada,
San Pedro de Alcantara / Benhavis El Paraiso Golf area
Benahavis is a lovely spanish village in the mountains yet only about a 15 minute drive away, it has very narrow cobbled streets with amazing views and an abundance of good quality restaurants and bars.
Estepona again about a 15 minutes drive away is a coastal town yet still has the pueblo charm. Here you will find a beautiful sandy beach and along the promenade you come to a pretty port with restaurants In the town there are numerous street cafes and tapas bars serving traditional spanish delicacies. Lots of unusual shops and bodegas. There is a market twice a week. The summer fair (festival) is held 1st week in July.
San Pedro is approximately a 10 minute drive. From the centre take a pleasant walk along the Avienda del Marques del Duero an avenue flanked by palm trees down to the beach front. Here there is a long promenade which has gym type equipment along for the more energetic and is a popular spot for early morning jogs and workouts for all ages. There are lots of beach bars and restaurants along here incuding the famous Marbella Boro Boro Restaurant.
Close to the apartment there are approximately 3 restaurants within walking distance and also El Paraiso hotel which has a roof top bar with panoramic views of the whole area.
How to get there

Car hire is available at both airports and rates are very competitive I always find www.skycars.com very good.
Full details of how to reach the apartment will be sent on booking but in short you literally head for the toll (peage) road towards Algerciras. Take the San Petro exit E320, go through Marbella Arch and take the right turn signposted Benhavis. Journey takes approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour.

Further details indoors: The spacious apartment has two large bedrooms with fitted mirror wardrobes and plenty of additional storage. Both bathrooms have separate water heaters so no running out of hot water. The kitchen is fully equipped with additional extras eg, electric deep fat fryer, electric vegetable steamer and juicer. Plenty of drying facilities including a tumble dryer.
Further details outdoors: The double terrace has a patio table and 4 chairs for al fresco dining. There are also four sun loungers with cushions for relaxing in comfort. There is ample private parking outside the apartment.
Conditions
A key deposit is required on booking confirmation, to be refunded within two weeks of your departure from the apartment (subject to satisfactory property inspection). I also require a 25% deposit on booking with the balance due 6 weeks before your holiday commences.
