The Costa del Sol/Malaga region
The apartment is situated midway between Estopona and Marbella. Only a short drive to many sandy beaches. The most presigious Golf Courses are in the area. Gibraltar is under 1 hour drive.
Theme Parks are within 40 minutes drive for the children. Puerto Banus is very close (about a 15 to 20 minute drive) and is a perfect place for shopping or admiring the expensive yachts in the Marina.
The apartment is ideal for Golfers as it overlooks Atalaya and Paraiso or perfect for families with older children as many beaches and activities within an easy drive.
Gibraltar is under 1 hour drive. Ronda Mountains commence after about 7km drive from apartment.
San Pedro de Alcantara area
Ronda Mountains commence about 15 minutes drive from the apartment and is a lovely drive and place to visit during your holiday. Benahavis village with its gourmet restaurants is about 10 minutes drive. San Pedro Alcantara is the same distance but in the other direction.
San Pedro is a very pretty Spanish town with pedestrian streets housing many bars and cafes having an excellent market every week. The long golden sandy beach has many activities in the summer months. An ideal place for a family holiday.
How to get there
The penthouse apartment is about 45 minutes drive from Malaga Airport or the same distance from Gibraltar. Motorway all the way from the airport.

The living accommodation has 142 sqm of luxury and is immaculately and expensively furnished. All mod cons and complete luxury furnishings. Regrettably not suitable for children under 12 years.
Further details outdoors: The development at La Hacienda del Senorio de Cifuentes is set in huge landscaped gardens with waterfalls, rockery gardens and 4 individually designed swimming pools, 2 of which have toddler pool.
The grounds have security gated entrance and underground car parking. The development is set into the first elevated slopes of the mountains and therefore the views are spectacular of the Sea, golf courses and Gibraltar.
