Casa Paradiso is a very exclusive, completely detached beautiful villa on one level surrounding a courtyard, no stairs to climb, with its own private pool and garden. It is located close to San Pedro and Puerto Banus, in an area known as the New Golden Mile with famous neighbours and multi-million pound villas and estates. There are 3 fully air conditioned double bedrooms (1 double- bedded and 2 twin-bedded rooms) all with en suite bathrooms, kitchen with all facilities, top quality Miele dishwasher and washing machine, granite worktops, free Wifi, lounge/dining room with 60" Plasma Smart TV Home Cinema with internet, full Sky+ package and DVD player with a library of approx 150 films! One of the double bedrooms has its own separate entrance off of the courtyard adjacent to the main door of the villa, therefore giving much more privacy.
The beach is literally just 80 metres from the villa and once there, you can walk along approx. 500 metres and there is a beautiful restaurant called “Pepe's on the Beach” which serves fresh food, fish, pasta etc. and has been there for many years and is very well known in the area. This villa is less than 100 metres from lovely restaurants, supermarkets, bars and shops, but only 5-6 mins drive from glamorous Puerto Banus Marina. It is situated just across the road from El Paraiso Golf Club and also tennis courts and bowling green. Guadalmina Golf Club is 3 minutes by car (1.5 miles), Las Brisas Golf Club is 10 minutes by car (4 miles) and Aloha Golf Club is 10 minutes by car (4 miles). We have 2 sets of golf clubs available for your use, upon request.
There is a beautiful private pool, 6 metres x 3 metres in size. The pool area has a Roman style theme, complete with statues and a waterfall going in to the pool. By the pool, there is a paved area for sun bathing with 4 sun loungers and a terrace area with barbecue, picnic table and chairs. The private garden has the benefit of the sun from morning until evening, depending on the time of year of course, but definitely during the Summer months and is perfect for sun worshippers! There is a gardener who wOill come in twice a week to do the garden and clean the pool. This may be on a Saturday morning or in the evening after 6.00 pm. There is car parking literally outside the property. This 5 star accommodation is arguably at the best location on the Costa del Sol!
The property includes an attractive, fairly high front wall with a full size gate leading into the courtyard. Apart from increasing your security (especially with young children), it also provides you with much more privacy. The villa benefits from a special filtration system which produces the purest drinking water in the world, so there is no need to buy heavy bottles of water. This property is unlike the majority of holiday rentals, in so far as you don't get any noise from neighbours, you have total seclusion and privacy and your own private swimming pool and garden.
There are more than 50 restaurants, bars, pubs and banks, all within a few metres of the property. There is every kind of cuisine possible; Chinese, Japanese, Indian, Italian, French, Lebanese, the best fish and chip restaurant possibly in the whole of Europe, or if you prefer there are several English pubs to make you feel at home. The bus stop is at the top of the road and provides a very reliable service and runs every half an hour and also a taxi rank within 1 minute walk of the property. We must stress that everything mentioned locally is within a very short walk and no car is needed. However, we do advise you to hire a car if you want to explore the areas many varied and beautiful attractions. We can recommend a very good car rental company. We can also provide you with numbers for taxi companies (including a 7 seater taxi) who can provide airport transfers.
Local attractions include: Puerto Banus 5-6 minutes, the old town of Marbella 10-12 minutes, Estepona Port 8-10 minutes, San Pedro 3 minutes, the biggest safari park in Europe Selwo 10 minutes, water park 30 minutes, ski resort Sierra Nevada 2 hours and historical mountain villages Ronda 30-40 minutes, Casares 25 minutes and Mijas 30 minutes. All distances given are for travel by car. We do have a sat nav available for your use at no extra charge, but it does need to be prebooked. There are also lovely mountain walks through pine forests with spectacular views. This really is a truly lovely and idyllic location!
We must stress that this is not an apartment, but a completely detached villa. The fixtures and fittings are of the highest quality and furnishings are of very high quality Italian leather and not typical of the usual rental property standard. This is not on a noisy urbanisation, but is in a totally secluded location and yet only a few minutes walk from wonderful restaurants, bars, shops etc. so you really do have the best of both worlds! To give you an idea of the calibre of properties in the area, there is a villa being built at the bottom of the road approx. 70 metres away, which will be valued in the region of 25 million euros.
There is a Visitors Information book in the villa, with all the information you could possibly want with regard to local nightlife, restaurants, bars, sport, medical etc. There are air-conditioning units in all rooms, which provide heat too, if needed. Hair dryer and toaster supplied. 4 tennis rackets and 2 sets of golf clubs are available for your use, upon request. Cots, high chairs, pushchair/buggys, baby gate baby car seats, playpen, children's bicycle and children's scooter also available, upon request. Some pets are accepted, so please ask us. Its worth noting that the beach at San Pedro, a five min drive away, has good facilities for children (playgrounds on beach and off the beach) and across the road, there is a very good Bar/Childrens play area (Bar Los Arcos) to keep children busy while adults enjoy a cold drink!
We can offer excursions in a 7-seater air-conditioned car to a number of locations including Ronda, Gibraltar, Tarifa, Casares, Mijas and Jubrique to name but a few. These must be pre booked in advance. Please enquire for details. Changeover days are flexible. Cleaning for new arrivals is between 10.00 and 13.00 (in some cases it may continue to 15.00), we ask you to vacate by 10.00 and arrive from 13.00 but luggage can be dropped off earlier. Times can be flexible, but only by prior arrangement.

From September 2014, we will be able to offer additional accommodation for a further 2 people. So together with the existing villa, we will be able to accommodate up to 8 people. The additional bedroom is situated just across the courtyard and comprises of a large luxury double bedroom complete with TV and DVD player and an Italian marble en suite bathroom with separate shower. This will only be offered as part of the accommodation for people renting the villa. Alternatively, even if there are fewer than 8 people staying, but they require the privacy of their own separate bedroom rather than share, then this may be suitable for them, i.e. 4 people could have their own private room. Under no circumstances would it be rented to separate holidaymakers. The additional cost works out at 25% more than the rates quoted here on the website. The Andalucia region
The Costa del Sol is one of the most beautiful areas on the Spanish coast, including the lovely Marbella, San Pedro and Puerto Banus There are lovely places to visit and shop, in addition to some beautiful beaches. If you hire a car, there are beautiful mountain villages such as Ronda and Mijas, which are well worth visiting. You could also take a drive to Gibraltar (about 40 mins by car) which is very good for shopping (don't forget your passports). Tarifa, just past Gibraltar, has the finest beaches in Europe. There are many historical sights to visit and Seville is only just over a 2 hour drive away and is spectacular. You also have the Sierra Nevada ski resport, which is approx 2 hour drive and is worth visiting there in the summer as well. It is 11,500 feet high and has amazing scenery. Also, the biggest safari park in Europe "Selwo" is only a 10 minute drive away. The Costa del Sol, Marbella area, was voted one of the top 3 places in the world to go on holiday to, by the New York Herald.
San Pedro de Alcantara
San Pedro is a stunning small town with two distinctive aspects to it. One aspect is the beach area which is full of beautiful beach restaurants. In fact many time in the past, Princess Diana and sons Prince William and Prince Harry were seen frequenting the restaurants and beaches here. There is a beautiful promenade where you can walk through to Puerto Banus. Puerto Banus is a very exclusive and glamorous marina, where you can mingle with the rich and famous and admire their beautiful yachts, There are lots of beautiful shops to look at around the marina, including many designer names, such as Dolce & Gabbana, Chloe, Louis Vuitton, Jimmy Choo and Versace. You can have a meal or just enjoy a drink in one of the many restaurants and bars there too. The second aspect of San Pedro is the old town with literally hundreds of bodegas, bars, restaurants and old churches, on cobbled streets and typically Andalusian, but with some beautiful modern shops as well. You could literally eat in a different restaurant every day for a year and beyond! San Pedro is less than three minutes drive from Puerto Banus and is also walking distance. It is a 20-25 minute walk into San Pedro from our property, or just a few minutes by car as it is only 1.75 miles away. Behind San Pedro, there is a mountain road which leads to the stunning village of Ronda, which will take approximately 35-40 minutes by car with breathtaking scenery en-route!

"Excellent location, perfect base for exploring the area"
Location was fantastic for us (family of 4 with a 2 year old and an 8 month old). Being in a residential area there was no noise at all either through the day or on an evening. We were within a short walk of plenty of restaurants and a couple of really good child friendly cafes. The funky forest is a cafe just a couple of minutes walk away and the children loved it there as it had lots of play equipment, a bouncy castle and a petting corner with rabbits. The nearest supermarket was also just a couple of minutes walk away and stocked most things we needed. There were larger supermarkets across the road.
The beach was a 2 minute walk from the house but because we had a double buggy we found it difficult to get down there so we had to walk around 20 minutes down the road to get to a spot that was more developed and had dedicated pathways to get down onto the beach to enable us to take the children there.
The only downside of the location was that the iron bridge used to cross the road was all steps (pretty tricky with a pushchair) and the nearest ramp bridge was a 20 minute walk (near the entrance we used to the beach), but saying that we didn't really need to cross the road many times.
The bus stop for the Puerto Banus/Marbella bus was a 2 minute walk away.
The villa itself was fully equipped with everything we needed and the pool was just the right size for us. A gardener came twice whilst we were there to keep the pool area tidy which was great. There were a lot of baby/children's toys, etc provided. The cots were of an excellent quality (which isn't always the case in villas abroad) and I was happy with the standard of all the children's things that were provided.
We met the owners of the villa (they live next door) who were very welcoming and couldn't be more helpful in giving us suggestions on where to go, etc. We booked our airport transfers through a recommendation from them too and weren't disappointed.
The only reason I haven't rated it as excellent is that there were a few areas that were not so child friendly (like the stairs between the pool and the villa) and the outside area was uneven which was tricky for the kids to navigate. I didn't expect it to be completely child friendly though so none of this was an issue for us.
We had a fantastic time here and would definitely return.

We had a fantastic holiday villa was great location plenty of eating places within walking distance and very accessible to San Pedro and peurto banus! Would recommend.

a very enjoyable stay at a very nice villa. the owners introduced themselves and were very helpful. the villa was spotlessly clean and tidy and well equiped even with games, dvd's and lots of books to read as you relax by the pool.

"Absolutely Beautiful Villa. Will definitely be going back!"
Absolutely beautiful Villa! Totally silent, yet only a few minutes walk from every kind of restaurant you could imagine, supermarket and sea. Particularly loved the private poll and home cinema system. It is just as described, if not better! We will definitely be coming back.

"Great house and location"
I went to this lovely house with my sister and grown up daughter for a girlie break. The house met all our requirements, giving us a bedroom and bathroom each, lovely comfortable living area and, most importantly for us, a sunny garden and pool to relax by.
We had no need for a car as there were loads of good restaurants and a choice of supermarkets within a short walk, also it was only a stones throw to the beach.
The owners were in residence next door whilst we were staying and they were lovely and very hospitable.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the house to a friend.

"Casa Paradiso Lived Up To Its Name!"
If you're looking for a tranquil haven not far from the madding Marbella crowds, then Casa Paradiso more than lives up to its name.
Situated in an exclusive suburban street, it's hard to believe the buzz of the busy main road with its abundance of fantastic restaurants is a mere 2 minute stroll away!
Having spent an idyllic 9 days in this oasis of calm, it was extremely difficult to drag ourselves away from the bewitching confines of this exquisite little Casa!
The owners have gone to great lengths to create a home from home and everything about the Casa is exactly as advertised. No expense has been spared with the tasteful decor and furnishings including two plasma TV's in the lounge and master bedroom. Whilst impressive, they were never once turned on as 'al fresco' was the order of the day and night!
Equidistant from San Pedro beach and the enchanting Port at Estepona, (a 10 minute drive either way or around 20 euros in a cab), you really are spoilt for choice with the cornucopia of eclectic restaurants offering everything from typical Spanish cuisine in the beach bars to the most outrageously delicious steaks and baked potatoes (a welcome respite from the obligatory French fries!) at Grill Del Puerto Estepona which has just recently opened.
We just can't wait to return to Casa Paradiso – hasta luego!

"Perfect holiday experience from start to finish."
Our booking was made simply by Stacey via efficient emails and texts and our deposit returned within days of our return.
Villa was exactly as described. It was a complete home from home and everything was there for our family, from a welcoming bottle of red wine to plenty of fresh towels. Villa and pool were both very clean and well maintained. Wifi in villa was a bonus and the extensive TV package was well used by us all.
The location is a brief walk to the beach and plenty of good local restaurants/shops. We hired a car to visit local beaches and parking by the villa was not a problem. The immediate area around the villa is peaceful with very little traffic.
Our holiday at Casa Paradisio was made extra special by meeting Leonard and Mel who were our exceptional hosts and were on hand to guide us with local knowledge and hospitality second to none.
We would recommend this lovely villa to our friends and hope to return again in the future.
