This is a lovely 3 bedroom ground floor, garden apartment with the option of a studio apartment for 2 persons also. It is in a fantastic location, just a 2 minute walk from the beach. This is an ideal apartment for a family holiday, walking distance to the beach restaurants along the passeo, a 15 minute walk into the centre of Puerto Banus and likewise in San Pedro.

This duplex apartment has a small garden leading out to the communal gardens and pool. It has a large fitted kitchen with separate utility room with washing machine and dryer. The lounge has flat screen TV with freeview and leads out to the terrace which has a casual seating area and outside dining area. On the ground floor is the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Upstairs are 2 further bedrooms which share the family bathroom. One bedroom has 2 large single beds and the other a double bed. The apartment is fully air conditioned.

What makes this apartment unique is there is also a separate studio apartment, ideal for Grandparents or family wanting their own space but still close to the main group. To rent the studio, please add for the low season 150€ a week and in high season 200€ a week..

The Andalucia region

Situated on the Costa del Sol, Puerto Banus is located just west of Marbella, before you reach the small town of San Pedro de Alcantara and then on to Estepona. Puerto Banus is the place to be pampered yacht side and ogle those fabulous luxury yachts while sipping a drink at one of the many open air restaurants and bars. The setting is close to ideal, with its impressive mountain backdrop and ocean views.

Since its inception some forty years ago, the port has steadily grown and now features a casino, commercial shopping centre, a Corte Ingles department store, marine observatory and a multi cinema with films shown with their original soundtrack.

Nightlife buzzes at Puerto Banus with your choice of alfresco bars, piano clubs and discos while during the day this is a window shopper´s dream with several of the world renowned fashions houses featured here, in addition to small, interesting shops and boutiques.

Every Saturday morning at Puerto Banus by the bullring is a very popular street market where you can pick up all sorts of bargains.

Marbella has an air of individuality which can be best appreciated by exploring back streets in the old part of town. One of the prettiest places is the fabled 'Orange Square' which is located just off the main street in the older district. Orange Square, or "La Plaza de los Naranjos", as it is called in Spanish, is where you will see stately buildings, small shops, art galleries, bars and bistros and is a hub of activity day and night.

The climate is one of the Costa del Sol's main selling points being temperate in the winter with temperatures between 15 - 20 degrees whilst the summers are back to back sunshine with temperatures averaging around 30 degrees.

"Perfect holiday for families"

This duplex apartment is well laid out and ideal for families. There are three large bedrooms- one with a ensuite and both bathrooms have a walk in shower. There is a large family kitchen/dining room with good appliances, accessories and utility room, and the lounge is spacious, bright and great for relaxing after a warm day. The complex has large secure gates and the other residents were more than welcoming. The surrounding gardens are also beautifully manicured and well lit in the evening. The apartment benefits from having its own private garden and roofed terrace, which enjoys day long sunshine, ideal for sunbathing, dining outside or just relaxing in the shade.. The choice of two open air swimming pools within the complex was perfect, they were never too busy, safe for children and the surrounding areas look modern and well maintained. The apartment is also in a great location. It has amazing access to local amenities and takes less than 1 minute to get to the beach, local bars, top quality restaurants and the waterfront esplanade. The complex is only 20 minutes walk from the luxury port of Puerto Banus with its shop, markets and bars and only 15 mins drive to the bustling Marbella. Both towns are definitely worth a days exploration and the food on offer is second to none. Having stayed in holiday homes before, there was more here than I had expected to find. My whole family were pleasantly surprised and we will definitely be back.
