About the home
This is a new first floor apartment with all modern features. It is situated close to both the town and the beach and within a five minute drive to Puerto Banus. Private off road underground parking, lift access, 24 hour security and overlooking the pool and garden area with views to the sea. Air-conditioning/heating, two bathrooms, communal television with some English speaking channels. The lounge and bedrooms all have patio doors leading to the large private terrace. The kitchen is well equipped with all modern appliances together with a utility room with a washing machine.
Maid service, bed linen and towel change is provided on the anniversary of the week. Also a hire service is available for cots, high chairs or anything you may feel will help you enjoy your holiday. Extra cleaning and babysitting can be organised locally. A full driving description and map will be sent to you before your arrival date. You will be met and shown to your apartment by one of us personally and we are to hand should you need any assistance during your stay.

This first floor spacious apartment consists of an entrance hall leading through to the comfortable lounge/dining area which leads out onto a large covered south west facing terrace with views of the communal swimming pool and gardens as well as sea views. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, fridge/freezer and dishwasher and there is a separate utility room with washing machine and drying area. The main bedroom has a king size bed, fitted wardrobes with safe and full en-suite bathroom whilst the second bedroom has twin beds, fitted wardrobes and a shower room adjacent. The property enjoys the benefit of hot/cold air-conditioning, communal satellite television and music system, and is accessed via a lift making it ideal for families, elderly and disabled people.

This is a modern spacious two bedroomed, two bathroom apartment which is ideally located near to the town of San Pedro and also close to the beach, both being within easy walking distance. Additionally, it is just a five minute drive into Puerto Banus, ten minutes from Marbella and fifteen minutes from Estepona. There is a communal pool and children’s pool in the pretty well kept gardens.

The Costa del Sol region


The Costa del Sol boasts a vast expanse of activities, sightseeing and history. Many within easy reach of the area where the apartment is located. The trendy and famous Puerto Banus, with its bars, clubs and restaurants, is less than 5 minutes drive away. In winter, you can breakfast on your terrace and by lunchtime you can be ski-ing on the Sierra Nevada Mountains near to Granada. Many of the famous golf courses are nearby and children (and adults!) can enjoy a day at the Selwo Safari Park. Gibraltar, with its history and tax free shopping is only 40 minutes drive away and a spectacular sight to see (don’t forget to take your passport with you).
Ronda and the many surrounding white Andalucian villages have great historic interest and give an insight to the ‘real’ Spain. All along the Costa del Sol, there are safe and clean beaches. A visit to the town and beach of Tarifa, just beyond Gibraltar, is well worth it, especially if you are a keen windsurfer or kite boarder.
The San Pedro de Alcantara area
San Pedro sits between Puerto Banus and Estepona. It is an Andalucian style town with an abundance of shops, tapas bars and restaurants. It is only a short stroll from the bustling town centre to the beach, where you will find ample space to soak up the sun and enjoy one of the beach bars which offer a wide range of fish dishes as well as other local delights. San Pedro retains its Spanish atmosphere and is a great contrast to the neighbouring trendy Puerto Banus.
Puerto Banus is located just 10 minutes from the centre of Marbella, 5 minutes from the town of San Pedro de Alcantara, and 15 minutes from Estepona. Its famous port with luxury yachts, open air bars and restaurants attracts visitors from all over the world. During the day, it is a shopper’s paradise with many designer shops, boutiques and El Corte Ingles department store. In the evening, the bars, clubs and restaurants can entertain you throughout the night. There is a multi screen cinema, with at least one film a week in English, regular local boat trips and the popular Saturday market held near the bullring.

From major airports, you can fly to Malaga or Gibraltar. From either of these airports, it is approx 30-40 minute drive to Los Almendros, San Pedro on the A-7 coastal road or AP-7 toll road. You can hire a car (we can organise this for you), take a taxi, catch a bus or USE OUR OWN AIRPORT TRANSFER SERVICE (maximum of eight passengers) that will take you directly to your accommodation. A map and full directions to the apartment from the airport will be sent to you prior to your arrival date and you will be personally met to be shown the apartment, help with any information you need and pass over the keys.
