This is a 5* DESIGNER FURNISHED luxurious ground floor apartment located literally on the beach at San Pedro. The apartment benefits from every conceivable extra and is quite luxurious throughout and on an exclusive development of just 80 apartments.
Large remote controlled wooden gates lead to underground parking with lift available, if needed, to take you to the ground floor.
The complex has 24 hour security.
The apartment has remote control air conditioning/heating and has a large lounge/dining area with seating for 6 and has extras such as wide screen satellite tv (including all BBC channels), dvd player together with wide selection of up to date DVDs, cd player/radio.
The kitchen is fully fitted with granite worktops, with built in microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble drier, fridge and freezer.
The bedrooms are a good size with fitted wardrobes and a safe is fitted within the master bedroom. The master bedroom also has direct access out on to the terrace area.
There are two marbled bathrooms both with a bath, double sink unit, power shower and bidet.The master bathroom also has a jacuzzi bath.
The apartment benefits from two terraces. One with dining facilites for up to 6 people. The other with sunbeds. In front of the terraces is a small private garden area which can be used for additional sunbathing.
The terraces and garden overlook the beautiful landscaped gardens and lake area.
There is a communal pool located approximately 40 metres from the apartment.
Along the beach there is a large walkway called the Passeo Maritim (promenade) which goes for miles.

The apartment is just a 10 minute walk to the main shopping area of San Pedro where you will find plenty of quality restaurants and shops. There are also some very good restaurants approximately two-three minutes walk from the apartment along the beach. The world famous Puerto Banus, one of the most prestigious marinas in the world, is only 2km from the apartment. Here you will find excellent shopping and fine restaurants. The apartment complex is situated within easy reach of many of the Costa del Sol's attractions, golf courses and beaches.
Suitable for both family holidays, golfing breaks and short relaxing holidays. Please do not hesitate to contact me should you have any specific requirements. The Andalucia region
Despite the fact that San Pedro is part of the municipality of Marbella, it has quite a different feel about it. Workers from the nearby sugar cane and cotton plantations once lived here, however these days you would never believe it. Nowadays there is still an old feel about San Pedro, although it is growing into a large resort with many modern facilities.
Marbella & Puerto Banus are playgrounds of the rich and famous. Designer shops, markets, attractive marina and a pleasure to stroll round. As well as fantastic beaches, the Costa del Sol offers a wealth of history and culture, and some fascinating traditional Spanish towns and villages to explore. Gibraltar, Morocco, historic Seville and Cordoba are within easy travel.
Activities include beaches, boat trips, wonderful walks, markets, golf, horse riding, tennis, fishing, and all kinds of water sports to name a few. You can even go skiing at Sierra Nevada!
Family attractions - theme parks, aqua parks, nature parks, zoos, wildlife parks, marine centres, nature reserves, adventure parks, dolphin watching, caves, cable car rides, and much more.
Eating out - one of the greatest pleasures of spending time in the Costa del Sol is enjoying the great food on offer. Here, you are spoilt for choice.
San Pedro de Alcantara
San Pedro de Alcántara is in an ideal situation, just a few kilometres west from the cosmopolitan towns of Marbella and Puerto Banus, yet just a few minutes drive away from the natural beauty of the Sierra de Ronda mountain range and 10 km from the town of Estepona. An ancient farming community, once famous for sugar cane, today San Pedro is a refreshingly unspoilt pueblo with an appeal all of its own.
Be sure to head for the central plaza here with its gracious parish church and surrounding narrow streets which are packed with intriguing small shops, sidewalk cafes and bars. Thursday is street market day with all the associated hustle and bustle; a veritable bargain shopper's paradise.
A pleasant walk is from the centre of town to the beachfront along the Avenida del Marques del Duero which is a particularly attractive wide avenue flanked by palm trees. And the modern wide promenade is ideal for continuing your stroll with several excellent chiringuitos (beachside restaurants) specialising in fish dishes.
San Pedro also has the last summer fair ( feria ) in Andalucia being in the second week in October.
History buffs will enjoy the Paleochristian Balisilica Church by the sea and the third century Roman Baths, Las Bovedas. Check at the local tourist office for timings.
San Pedro beach, now one the most unspoilt beaches west of Marbella, with the huge development in the local area and a big increase in visitors, this beach has a lot to offer.
With a brand new promenade stretching for pleasant walks and jogging, And now you can try yourself out at water skiing without going into deep water with the very popular Cable Ski Park in San Pedro look for the signs when you arrive at the San Pedro Junction.

Ideally situated the apartment is near to the beach and within close proximity to the town of San Pedro. Beautifully equipped and maintained our stay was most enjoyable.
