The Apartment compromises entrance hall, living/dining room, fully fitted kitchen, master bedroom with bathroom en-suite and a guest bedroom with separate bathroom. Covered terrace with access to garden area.

Air-conditioning throughout and underfloor heating in both the bathrooms. Situated towards the front of the complex with direct access to the pool area from the garden this is without doubt one of the best positioned apartments available and is ideal for families.

The Costa del Sol region

The Costa del Sol or 'The sun Coast' - With the Costa del Sol weather giving average annual temperatures of 18ºC and over 300 days of sunshine per year it isn't difficult to understand why it is one of Europe's top holiday destinations.

There are around 70 Costa del Sol golf courses on the "Costa del Golf" which can be played all year round as well as a whole range of other activities available such as sailing, scuba diving, horse riding, dolphin safaris, etc.

Away from the coast there are numerous excursions into the real Spain with the cities of Ronda, Seville, Cordoba and Granada all accessible for day tours. For the more adventurous you can also take a 15km trip across the Straits of Gibraltar to visit Tangier in Morocco.

San Pedro de Alcantara

San Pedro de Alcántara is in an ideal situation, just 10 kilometres west from all the glitz and glamour of Marbella and just 3km from the world famous Puerto Banus, yet just a few minutes drive away from the natural beauty of the Sierra de Ronda mountain range and 20 km from the town of Estepona. An ancient farming community, once famous for sugar cane, today San Pedro is a refreshingly unspoilt pueblo with an appeal all of its own.

Be sure to head for the central plaza here with its gracious parish church and surrounding narrow streets which are packed with intriguing small shops, sidewalk cafes and bars. Thursday is street market day with all the associated hustle and bustle; a veritable bargain shopper's paradise

"5**** accommodation perfect location"

I would recommend this apartment to anyone as it is beautifully furnished, spacious and most importantly ground floor with easy access to the pool especially with young children. We have been to this … More

"Lovey apartment in beautiful grounds"

The apartment had literally everything we needed. It is very well maintained & stocked. There is plenty of space & the balcony in very large. We set up a paddling pool for our toddler on the patio which was shaded & perfect. It is overlooking the pool & right beside the beach. It is a good 10/15 min walk to any shops etc. in San pedro. There is a lovely playground as you come into San pedro.
The beach was a construction site while we were there & the weather was bad which meant there wasn't much to do in the apartment area. It's definitely worthwhile to hire a car if staying in this accommodation.
