Our charming apartment is situated in a perfect location, adjacent to El Paraiso and Atalaya Park Golf Courses and close to beaches and mountains. Pueblo Cortes del Golf has a unique village type atmosphere with beautifully maintained gardens, mature trees and a communal swimming pool. The large apartment (137 sq metres) is very comfortably furnished with air conditioning for the summer and heating for the winter. El Paraiso Golf Club is on the doorstep and the beaches restaurants bars and shops are a 5 minutes drive away in the car. In the evenings, after a day relaxing in the glorious gardens and pool, a gentle stroll takes you to three local restaurants serving Andalusian specialties and you can visit the El Paraiso Hotel which has a rooftop bar with stunning views. Alternatively within 10 minutes you can be in the fascinating Puerto Banus, Estepona, San Pedro and the restaurant lover’s village of Benahavis. Finally a 15 minute drive takes you into cosmopolitan Marbella town with its bustling bars and clubs.

The apartment is very spacious and both bedrooms are a good size with full length wardrobes in each. The lounge and dining area have plenty of room for entertaining or just relaxing. The kitchen has all you need to prepare a full menu or just the gin & tonics! Each bathroom has its own hot water supply so there is never a shortage. We have a new flat screen television so you can keep up with all your favourite programmes and an iPod dock for your personal music.

The balcony is double normal size and has a patio table with six comfortable chairs for al fresco dining any time of the day or evening and also has a comfortable cane patio set for relaxing in the sun. You can also make use of the BBQ. There is ample private car parking right outside the apartment.
Conditions
We require a 25% deposit on booking with the balance due 6 weeks before your holiday commences. A key deposit is required with the final balance payment, to be refunded within two weeks of your departure from the apartment (subject to satisfactory property inspection) and safe return of the keys.

The Costa del Sol region


The Costa del Sol stretches along just over 150 kilometres of Málaga province and is one of Spain's most popular tourist destinations. The area's mild climate is the main attraction that makes it possible to enjoy the beaches and a wide variety of outdoor activities year round. To the west of Malaga is the 100km of coastline that begins at Malaga city and stretches westward all the way to the border of Cádiz province. This part of the coast is highly developed in terms of both property and infrastructure and it attracts an important percentage of Spain's international tourism. Communications revolve around Malaga International Airport (8 km west of the city) and the N340 backbone coast highway. In the middle of the Costa the greatly improved district road from San Pedro de Alcantara inland to the historic town of Ronda is the most important inland connection.
The San Pedro de Alcantara / Benhavis El Paraiso Golf area
San Pedro de Alcantara an appealing Andalucian Pueblo was once famous for it’s sugar cane and is traditionally a farming community. Today San Pedro is a busy coastal town only minutes away from the Sierra de Ronda mountain range. Located just 10km west of Marbella where trendy shops and nightlife are within easy reach. San Pedro golf is like paradise, and the courses here play host to a range of luxury resorts and some of the finest golf courses in the world. San Pedro's resident golf course the Guadalmina Golf Club, the second oldest course on the Costa, is no exception and has been one of the most popular clubs on the Costa del Sol since its opening. Benahavis, a mountain village 7km from the coast, is situated between Marbella, Estepona and Ronda. Renowned for its restaurants - they call it the dining room of the Costa del Sol - it is above all a picturesque place, where one can find incredible mountain- and sea-views.
Boasting 9 of the Costa del Sol's 60 golfcourses, and that will go up to 15 in the next decade, it is also THE hotspot for golf lovers. Located on the southern face of La Serrania de Ronda mountain range, Benahavis is the most mountainous village on the western Costa del Sol. Its terrain is traversed by the Rivers Guadalmina, Guadaiza and Guadalmanza. Regions of great natural and historic interest are to be found within its boundaries, such as El Cerro del Duque, Daidin and the Montemayor Castle. On top of that, Benahavis is only a stones throw away from the beaches of the Costa del Sol and the spectacular mountains of the Serrania de Ronda.

Easily accessible from either Malaga or Gibraltar airports and about a fortyfive minute drive from either. We normally fly with Monarch (www.flymonarch.com) British Airways (www.ba.com) or Easyjet (www.easyjet.com) and all offer good value for money flights from Heathrow, Luton and Gatwick. Once you've landed you'll be at the apartment in no time at all and soon be relaxing on the balcony!
Car hire is always a bit of a lottery so we recommend Helle Hollis at Malaga airport. The reason is that the vehicle collection process is fast and efficient, the vehicles are in good condition and they refund you for the fuel left in the vehicle when you return it. We belong to the Helle Hollis Owners Club and you can use our membership number for a discount on your car hire and to use the fast track collection system. The membership number is available upon request.
