The apartment has a fantastic location close to the sea with nice beaches and restaurants. The 150 square meters apartment is very spacious and contains two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, living room, kitchen and three terraces facing one point of the compass each. From the apartments 140 square meters roof terrace you can see the Ronda Mountains, Sierra Blanca, the rooftree in San Pedro and a glimpse of the Mediterranean Sea. On the roof terrace there's also a small pool which can be nice to cool off in when the sun is at its peak. Within the area there is also a larger pool, and children's pool, also it's no further than 100 meters to the beach. The apartment also has modern equipment like Wi-Fi and air conditioning.

The apartment has two bedrooms which are secluded from the living room. Bedrooms 1 and 2 are half a floor down and fit both double beds and closets. Both bedrooms have complete ensuite bathrooms.

Large 140 square roof terrace with a fantastic view over the Ronda Mountains, Sierra Blanca, the rooftree in San Pedro and the spreading urbanization and its pool areas. Also a slight glimpse of the Mediterranean Sea. On the roof terrace there is a 4*2, 5 meter sized pool. Here there are plenty of seating for relaxation and sun beds and a dining set under the terrace's pergola.

The Costa del Sol region
The Costa del Sol is one of the most beautiful areas on the Spanish coast, including the lovely Marbella, San Pedro and Puerto Banus There are lovely places to visit and shop, in addition to some beautiful beaches. If you hire a car, there are beautiful mountain villages such as Ronda and Mijas, which are well worth visiting. You could also take a drive to Gibraltar (about 40 mins by car) which is very good for shopping (don't forget your passports). Tarifa, just past Gibraltar, has the finest beaches in Europe. There are many historical sights to visit and Seville is only just over a 2 hour drive away and is spectacular. You also have the Sierra Nevada ski resport, which is approx 2 hour drive and is worth visiting there in the summer as well. It is 11,500 feet high and has amazing scenery. Also, the biggest safari park in Europe "Selwo" is only a 10 minute drive away. The Costa del Sol, Marbella area, was voted one of the top 3 places in the world to go on holiday to, by the New York Herald.
San Pedro de Alcantara
The apartment is situated perfectly with less than 100 meters to the beach as well as not being far away from the city life.
Down by the ocean there are nice sand beaches and a fantastic beach promenade. The beach promenade between San Pedro and Puerto Banus is a remedy for the soul and to those wanting to maximize that, the promenade continues all the way to Marbella. Along the promenade there are also several sand beaches, beach restaurants, bars, outdoor gym and playground for the children. It is only a 20 minute walk along the ocean to Puerto Banus, which is referred to as Spain's St Tropez. If you don't want to swim in the ocean there's also a very nice and well maintained pool area connected to the apartment.
If you need to break it off with something different San Pedro is only a walk away, it's a typical charming Spanish small town with many lovely cafés, tapas bars, restaurants, stores and milling crowds.
San Pedro is strategically comfortably placed and is close to everything. The activities on offer within proximity in San Pedro are almost inexhaustable. Within a miles radius you will reach a number of good golf courts for eg Las Brisias, Aloha, Los Naranjos, La Quinta etc. For the shopping interested most things are available. High class grocery stores with fresh fish, meat, fruit and vegetables and it is near to several large shopping centres and department store El Corte Ingles.
