Situated in the beautiful grounds of the AGH Espepona Hotel and Spa, San Pedro on Esteponas Golden Mile. Just 150m from the beach, only 10 minutes from Puerto Banus/Marbella and less than 3km from the nearest golf course. Clients have full use of the hotel facilities that include; 6 outdoor swimming pools (one roof top), one indoor heated pool in the Spa, variety of restaurents and bars including exclusive beach bar in the high season, superb modern spa.
Your luxury apartment offers; 2 double bedrooms, one en-suite, separate bathroom, spacious lounge/diner, TV, DVD player and CD player. Fully fitted kitchen with cooker, hob, microwave, fridge freezer, dish washer and utility area with washing machine. Balcony with chairs and table.
Brand new air-conditioning/heating system has just been installed for your comfort.
Put up beds available for hire for an additional 2 persons maximum. Full range of other equipment for babies etc available for hire on request. Beds in en-suite although single are very large, more like small double beds.

The Costa del Sol/Malaga region

The Costa del Sol is known as a region of contrasts, stretching right across Southern Spain and encompassing majestic mountain ranges, olive groves, inland hill toptowns and villages, together with stunning beaches and tourist hotspots on the southern coastline.
The Costa del Sol boasts a selection of some of the finest beaches and picturesque towns in Europe and averages 320 days of sun every year. The average winter temprtatures of 12 degrees celsius and 22 in the summer (peaking to 27 degrees selsius in the height of the summer season) makes the region an all year round holiday destination.


San Pedro de Alcantara area

Situated in a fairly quiet part of San Pedro but only 10 minutes from Puerto Banus/Marbella makes this an ideal holiday destination for families, young people and the more mature. You can make your holiday as relaxing or as lively as you like. A huge variety of restaurants all within walking distance, a number of restaurants and bars on site. Golf courses only 3kmfrom hotel.

- Flights to Malaga (45 mins from apmnt) available 7 days a week, all low cost and major airlines.
- Flights also available to Jerez (1 1/2 hours) and Gibraltar (45 mins).
- Airport transfers can be arranged from Malaga for only 75 euros (up to 4 persons)
- From Malaga airport head in the Algeciras direction. You can take the toll road (AP7) or the toll free E15/CN340. Both roads join again at La Canada on the Marbella by-pass. After about 2 miles the road splits, take the right hand lanes and keep going through Marbella, then San Pedro de Alcantara. Go under the Marbella archway, past the turning to Benahavis, then under 2 footbridges. The key is collected from Home & Away at km166. Turn off at the entrance to the CAMPSA petrol station (the AGH Estepona Hotel is on the opposite side of the road) then take a sharp right turn back into the car park. Home & Away is situated on the first floor above the Chef Chan Restaurant. Continue on the slip road up to the roundabout and turn left back over the main road. Go back on to the main road then turn immediatley right onto the hotel slip road. Apartment B, Benahavis Block is the first block set back from the car park past the hotel entrance. Apartment B is situated on the 2nd floor, accesable by a lift. Underground parking is available on request.

We had a brilliant holiday, the apartment took our breath away, it was really beautifully decorated and furnished. We will definitely be going back again next year.

The apartment was great - everything was 5 star quality - loved the area.
