Hacienda del Sol is a brand new residential and holiday development by award-winning Realia. From high quality marble floors and kitchens, secure gated perimeters, and safe underground parking, to fabulous pool sides, a sports complex, and a huge jacuzzi, great attention has been paid to ensuring that this showcase urbanization is absolutely luxurious in every respect. It is wheel-chair friendly and even has a lift into the pool making it an ideal holiday venue for the elderly and disabled.

Situated close to the ever popular Puerto Banus and beside the fabulous new Marriott Playa Andalucia Beach Resort, Hacienda Del Sol is perfectly located for beach-loving families, fun-loving young adults, and golf and water sports fanatics alike. A spacious and very luxurious south west-facing ground floor apartment provides very comfortable all-year-round accommodation for up to 6 persons. There are 2 large bedrooms (double or single beds) 2 luxury marble bathrooms and an auxiliary double bed.

The apartment is fully air-conditioned and heated, and enjoys a wonderful log fire to make those occasional chilly winter evenings snug and cosy. Being on the ground floor it is considered particularly suitable for children and you will be able to keep an eye on them playing in the pool from your terrace just 30 meters away. There is secure underground parking with elevators to bring you up to your apartment door in style. There is a 24 hour security guard around the complex and you can control visitors to your accommodation via a video link in the kitchen

Approximately half of your large terrace is covered and shaded, the other half being suitable for the keen sun-worshippers in your party! A table and chairs are provided on the terrace for those alfresco dining events as and when required. The elderly or infirm will benefit from being able to safely and easily gain access into and out of the pool by means of a powered chair lift. Step off the terrace straight into the landscaped gardens which lead quickly to the beautiful poolside but a stone's throw away. Just beyond the pool you will find a huge jacuzzi, a new gym with saunas and racket ball courts, all of which may be used free of charge.

A stroll through the landscaped gardens will bring you to the main gate of the development. The beautiful beach is just 100 meters away and accessed via a safe pedestrian-only route. Here you will find 2 lovely beach restaurant bars (Flamenco shows are often held) with beautiful views to the Atlas Mountains of Africa and the Rock of Gibraltar.

The Costa del Sol region

The beautiful beaches are long, clean and safe and most of them have excellent chiringuitos (beach bars) serving wonderful Mediterranean fare. In addition the Costa del Sol has an excellent selection of world class golf courses. With the Costa del Sol weather giving average annual temperatures of 18ºC and over 300 days of sunshine per year it isn't difficult to understand why it is one of Europe's top holiday destinations.

Away from the coast there are numerous excursions into the real Spain with the cities of Ronda, Seville, Cordoba and Granada all accessible for day tours. For the more adventurous you can also take a 15km trip across the Straits of Gibraltar to visit Tangier in Morocco.

The San Pedro de Alcantara area

Located only 2km from San Pedro which is very well served for excellent restaurants, shops and amenities. Hacienda Del Sol is located a 10 minute drive from Estepona, which, over the years has grown from a little fishing village.

A 10 minute drive in the opposite direction will take you into Puerto Banus, the millionaires playground with the breathtaking yachts and fancy shops bars and restaurants..Stroll along the marina front, go shopping in one of the many shops or relax in one of the frontline cafes and watch the world go by. A further five minute drive you will find Marbella , which is even more impressive for retail therapy. Alternatively, take a walk around the "Old Town" and take in a traditional Paella in the famous Old Orange Square.

With its location, the apartment is situated within an hours drive of all the attractions the coast has to offer, whether its one of the water parks in Fuengirola (40 mins) or Torremolinos (45 mins) or down to the duty free shopping of Gibraltar (45 mins), you can be sure that you can get the most out of your holiday.
The apartment is situated a 10 to 15 minute walk to a number of banks, supermarkets, bars and restaurants.
