The village surrounded froom green woods and olive trees, lies on a hill top which offers a lovely panoramic view from the Siena and Florence hills to the Appennini and the Tirrenian sea, and close to the charming rock of old town San Miniato.

Borgo di Bucciano lies in the heart of Tuscany, 35 kms from Florence, Pisa, Siena, 15 minutes away from San Gimignano and close to many other Tuscan cities and the Tirrenian sea.

- With the car:
From Pisa, take the S.G.C. FI-PI-LI to Florence , exit at Santa Croce sull'Arno and follow the signs for Montaione until La Serra then go on toward Palaia : after 300 mt turn left for Bucciano ( blu sign ) and go on to the top of the hill , you find a church , turn right and go on to the big metallic gate that is the enter of the residential complex.
