The Villa is situated in a peaceful location just outside the village of San Miguel de Salinas where you will find many shops,bars and restaurants to cater for all tastes. A 10/15 min drive will take you to a number of beaches to explore.
The property has its own private swimming pool with extensive patio, sun loungers, benches, tables and chairs. The roof terrace gives excellent views to the salt lakes, mountains and The Mediterranean. The interior consists of two double bedrooms (1en-suite), one twin room, kitchen, lounge-diner and main bathroom. The BBQ area has its own table and seating with excellent views to take in while you dine al fresco.

The Costa Blanca enjoys 320days of sunshine a year and is reported to have the healthiest climate in Europe due to the proximety of the salt lakes where large flocks of Flamingo can also be seen feeding
The property is within easy reach of Mar Menor and La Manga sports and leisure complex.Cartagena{naval port} and historic city is approx 1hrs drive south,with Alicante and Benidorm approx 1hrs drive north.Murcia is a fast growing city with excellant shopping malls approx 40 mins drive inland.
The San Miguel / Torrestrella area
San Miguel is a typical Spanish village which has thrived and grown with the local tourism .There is a good choice of bars and restaurants in San Miguel with further choice in Villa Martin,Cabo Roig,La Zenia and Torrevieja.Open air markets take place in different locations 7 days a week.The main Fiesta season takes place in September/October with the processions and firework displays.
For the beach lover there are numerous golden sandy beaches all within a 10/20 minute drive.
