This spacious, two bedroom, 2 bathroom villa has the use of a private pool in attractive, quiet and established tropical gardens.
The accommodation includes a fully equipped kitchen with a full size hob and oven, fridge-freezer, washing machine, dryer and iron. The lounge / dining room has satellite TV and a CD and DVD player. There is a double master bedroom, and a second bedroom with twin beds, and the added bonus of two separate bathrooms.
A patio area and roof top solarium provide the perfect setting to relax and enjoy the Spanish sunsets. The apartment is beautifully decorated and maintained and has everything you will need during your holiday, including your own sun loungers which can be used around the pool. The swimming pool area is only for use by the handful of apartments around it.

Orihuela, which is famous for its market gardens, is situated between Murcia and Alicante, both are university cities with their own theatres, concert halls, cinemas, department stores and restaurants.
They are both old cities and there are many monuments worth visiting. There are also natural parks and ancient villages in the surrounding areas.
The San Miguel area
San Miguel offers visitors a wide array of amenities and entertainment, there is an abundance of excellent Spanish and European restaurants and bars in the local area, within a short walk of the villa. A typical Spanish 3 course meal, with wine would cost around 8 Euros per person, making eating out both a gastronomic and an economic pleasure! Local supermarkets, banks and a modern health clinic are all accessible in San Miguel, a 1 minutes walk from the villa.
Every Wednesday San Miguel hosts a traditional Spanish market, a must see for those wanting to a real insight into the Spanish way of life. For the keen golfer, there are 17 golf courses nearby, three of which are championship courses, including the world renowned Villamartin golf complex.
San Miguel has the tourist resorts of Alicante and Torrevieja close by. Alicante itself has beautiful beaches and plenty to offer in the way of historical and cultural experiences. The nearest beach to San Miguel is La Zenia which is 5km away and has beautiful white sand. The very popular resort of Mil Palmeras with trendy bars and restaurants is 10 mins by car.

We had a lovely few days away, the villa was very sweet and welcoming. Its decor made it feel homely and cosy, we felt very relaxed. The villa was very well equiped and was close to town if we needed anything. The only negative is that you could hear the neighbours talking and walking round through the walls- the tiled floors make any noise echo and appear louder. |

Lovely clean house on very quiet complex with great pool. Excellent choice of restaurants all within 5 - 10 minute walk. Beach only 15 minutes away by car. |

just arrived back from a 1 week stay,had a fab time,great location,friendly neighbours,wicked good size communal pool.quiet location considering in the centre of the village,looking to book our next stay as we speak. |
