The Villa is located just a five minute drive from San Miguel de Salinas and a 15 minute drive to the nearest beach. Quiet and peaceful with easy access to all amenities, including local shops, markets, and many excellent restaurants. The villa benefits from its own private swimmimg pool and a spacious rooftop solorium with lovely views across to the countryside to the Mediterranean. The outside is furnished with sunloungers plus table and chairs in the BBQ area for you to dine al fresco. With two double (one is en-suite) plus two twin bedrooms and bathroom, the villa is ideal for families, with plenty in the surrounding and fascinating area to explore. It also has a TV with 30 satellite channels.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The southern Costa Blanca or White Coast as the name means, has an average of 320 days a year of sunshine and maintains an average year round temperature of 24°C. According to the World Health Organisation the area has the "healthiest climate in the world". This is caused by the combination of constant year round warm temperatures and the two huge salt lakes rich in minerals of 'Laguna de la Mata' (now a conservation area) and the 'Laguna de Torreveija'. The natural salt lakes dry the air, therefore reducing humidity and producing a healthy atmosphere beneficial for people who suffer with chest problems, arthritis, rheumatism etc. These lakes are also home to a host of wildlife including large flocks of flamingos.
San Miguel area
San Miguel de Salinas with it's popular Wednesday market, supermarkets, banks, chemist, newsagent and excellent restaurants is only a 5 minutes drive away. Many superb restaurants catering for all tastes are to be found in the surrounding area. The golf courses of Villamartin, Campoamor, Las Ramblas are 10 minutes by car and La Finca (Algorfa) is 12kms away The numerous blue flag beaches and local consevation areas such as Laguna de Torrevieja, Laguna de La Mata & Dunas de Guardamar are all close by. The Mar Menor is only about 25 minutes away by car and the theme park, Terra Mitica is less than an hour away. The area also is home to some fantastic birdlife including pink flamingos.
