Villa Diana is a stunning 3 bedroomed villa situated in a quiet area in the beautiful coastal resort of San Juan de los Terreros. It has a large lounge/dining area leading through patio doors onto a large glass door enclosed terrace with private swimming pool in mature walled gardens with intercom access and off road parking for two cars. Well equipped modern kitchen including oven with hob/extractor fan, microwave and fridge and freezer.
Downstairs there two good sized bedrooms on the ground floor level each with wardrobes. Here you will find a good sized bathroom with bath complete with shower attachment, bidet etc. Also in the lounge are two settees that can become full sized double bed if required.
Upstairs, there is a double bedroom with its own en suite facilities that includes twin wash basins and shower. This room also benefits from its own rooftop solarium boasting beautiful sea and mountain views and the villa is only a 15/20 minute walk to the lovely safe sandy beaches and local village amenities.
Home comforts for long and short term rentals include satellite TV, radio, DVD player.

Villa Diana comprises of an entrance hall leading to the spacious lounge/dining area where there are 2 fabric sofa beds and coffee table. Sideboard and display cabinet. Dining table to seat 6 on leather chairs, satellite TV and DVD player.
The large ultra modern well designed kitchen boasts oven, hob with extractor fan, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster along with everything else that could be required.
On the ground floor level there are two twin bedded rooms and adjacent is a separate family bathroom with washbasin, w.c. , bidet and hair-dryer.
A marble staircase leads to the master bedroom with double bed.. A second bathroom consisting shower cubicle, twin washbasins, w.c. and hair-dryer can also be found on this level.
From the landing a first floor balcony/sun terrace enjoys part sea views and magnificent mountain views with colourful sunsets!
The property is fully air conditioned in all rooms.
Extremely well equipped throughout and catering for up to 8 people, There is also a selection of books, and DVDs to suit all ages available.

Situated on a quiet street with secure off street parking/intercom access, the property has an open aspect to fields at the rear where it is not overlooked.

Natural stone patio areas and well stocked gardens adorn the property. There is also a large mosaic table and benches.
Security gates with the side gate intercom activated.
The lower sun terrace also doubles as a large conservatory with glass sliding doors.The villa comes complete with sun loungers.

Smokers are welcome but requested not to smoke in the villa. We are sorry but pets cannot be accommodated.

The Costa de Almeria region
Costa Almeria is one of the driest and sunniest Costas in Spain. We have approximately 320 days of sunshine per year with an average Winter temperature of 17/19 deg C. San Juan de los Terreros has a strict policy of no high rise buildings above 3 storeys. You wont find any high rise hotels or large apartment blocks here. We have an excellent road link from both Almeria and Murcia airports which will bring into Terreros in approximately 1 hours drive.
In the summer the temperatures can reach well over 30 deg C and if you travel inland they can rise up to 40 deg C which you will be able to see by dry and arid terrain which is desert like in parts and adorned with wild cacti. Inland at Tabernas is the Oasys cowboy film set and zoo which is well worth a visit for the whole family and only 1 hour away from Terreros. You can watch the stuntmen perform a scene from a wild western film!
Vera waterpark is only 20 minutes drive and is full for all the family.
The San Juan de los Terreros / Noravel area
San Juan de los Terreros is very charming and beautiful. It is an up and coming resort that is becoming very popular with holidaymakers from all nationalities. We have a new promenade with "chiringuitos" (beach bars) all along this scenic walkway where you can stop at one and enjoy and traditional lunch of paella or a plate of freshly caught fish whilst sipping a cool refreshing glass of wine or beer.
Up in the mountains above Terreros is the new Mundo Aguilon Golf course which is very challenging but enjoys stunning views of the surrounding mountains and countryside and sea views for miles! Coming soon to this village is the new Terreros golf course this should be completed this year and reaches down to the beach!
For the golf enthusiast several courses are within easy driving distance (further details upon request). The new Mundo Aguilon golf course is now open and this is a challenging course set in the mountains above Terreros. Please contact us for discount rates.

Towels and linen can be provided at extra cost -these are 15 euros per person or you may wish to bring your own.
Electric is read at the meter on arrival and paid for on the day you leave.
We require 20% non refundable deposit to secure the booking and 80% balance is due no later than 6 weeks prior to your arrival in resort.
Cots and highchairs can be hired at a cost of 10 euros per item per week.
We require a Security Bond of 200 pounds or 250 euros to be paid to Guardian Angels prior to your arrival in resort and this will be returned to you after satisfactory inspection of the villa after your departure.
