About the home
Villa Mawbas has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It has been designed by the owners and built to a very high standard. This beautiful villa was completed in May 2006 and enjoys fantastic sea and mountain views! From the rooftop solarium you can watch the sunset over the mountains. Enjoy a dip in the secluded kidney shaped swimming pool with poolside shower and stone built BBQ.
Immaculately furnished with top quality beds and furniture.
There is a large lounge/dining room with American style kitchen comprising of oven and hob, microwave, kettle, toaster etc everything you would want in your own home. The washing machine is fitted outside in the utility area.
There are two good sized bedrooms - one with double bed and en suite shower room with walk-in wardrobe. The second bedroom has twin beds and there is a family bathroom with twin basins, bidet, bath and shower attachment.
Villa Mawbas is in a prime position with fantastic views over the village of San Juan de los Terreros. Enjoy a gentle 15 minute leisurely walk down to the village where there are numerous restaurants and bars to enjoy. Discover the beautiful, safe, sandy beaches and little coves and stroll along the attractive promenade with its little bars and chiringuitos.

Villa Mawbas is fully equipped for enjoying the al fresco dining. It has a patio table and four chairs and four matching sunbeds. There is a patio awning for when the sun becomes that little bit too hot and a traditional stone built BBQ perfect for the family BBQ.

The Costa de Almeria region
Costa Almeria is one of the driest and sunniest Costas in Spain, with approximately 320 days of sunshine per year. Average temperatures during the Winter months can hit 19 deg C. During the summer the temperatures can soar to above 30 deg C and inland the temperatures can reach as high as 40 deg C! You can see this by the arid and desert like landscapes with the abundance of wild cacti! Take the family to the Oasys cowboy film set and fabulous outdoor zoo which is well worth the visit, where you can watch the stuntmen perform a scene from a wild western film!
20 Minutes drive away from the villa is Vera Waterpark. This is a lovely day out for all the family!
The San Juan de los Terreros / Noravel area
San Juan de los Terreros is very charming and beautiful. It is an up and coming resort that is now very popular with holidaymakers from all over Spain and the surrounding countries. We have nationalities from all different parts of the world coming to Terreros. There is a new promenade and walkway with "chiringuitos" (beach bars) all along the side of the beach where you can stop and enjoy a traditional lunch of paella or a plate of freshly caught fish whilst sipping a cool glass of wine or beer and listening to the waves lapping against the golden sandy beach!

Just in the mountains above Terreros is the new Mundo Aguilon golf course where you can play a challenging game of golf whilst enjoying the beautiful mountain and sea views. Due to open early this year is the Terreros golf course which is a very pretty course that runs almost down to the beach! Contact us for details.

3. A Security Bond of 250 euros or 200 pounds is payable to Guardian Angels prior to arrival and this is returned to yourselves after satisfactory inspection of the property and within 7 days of your return to UK.

5. We can arrange shuttle service from either Almeria or San Javier (Murcia) airport - please enquire for details and prices.
6. Welcome packs can be made available for your arrival if you have a late flight.
