Villa Bahia is a luxury villa furnished to a very high standard. The owners have spared no expense in ensuring total comfort and relaxation for the benefit of guests and their families when visiting the unique and beautiful coastal resort of San Juan de los Terreros.
Double patio doors (side and rear) lead to private pool and sun terrace on one side and shaded patio area on the other with outdoor utility area.washing machine.
All patio and terrace areas are well equipped with sun loungers and dining facilities.

Villa Bahia comprises of an entrance hall leading to the spacious lounge/dining area where there are leather sofas, dining table, satellite TV and DVD player.
Grassed areas and well stocked gardens adorn the property.
The large ultra modern well designed kitchen boasts oven, hob with extractor fan, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and toaster along with everything else that could be required.
On the ground floor level is a twin bedded room and adjacent is separate shower room with washbasin, w.c. and hair-dryer.
A winding staircase leads to two further bedrooms, one master bedroom and one with bunk beds. An extra fold out bed for a 7th person is also available. A second bathroom consisting bath/overhead shower, twin washbasins, w.c. bidet and hair-dryer can also be found on this level.
From the landing a first floor balcony/sun terrace enjoys part sea views and magnificent mountain views with colourful sunsets!
The property is fully air conditioned with additional ceiling fans in all room.s
All bedrooms have their own satellite TV and DVD player.
Extremely well equipped throughout and catering for up to 7 people, the owners have also provided a travel cot, high chair and buggy (at no extra cost) for parents with a baby or small child. There is also a large selection of books, games and DVDs to suit all ages available.
Situated in a quiet cul de sac with secure off street parking/intercom access, the property has an open aspect to fields at the rear where it is not overlooked.
For the golf enthusiast several courses are within easy driving distance (further details upon request). The new Mundo Aguilon golf course is now open and this is a challenging course set in the mountains above Terreros. Please contact us for discount rates.
Smokers are welcome but requested not to smoke in the villa. We are sorry but pets cannot be accommodated.

The Costa de Almeria region
Costa Almeria is one of the driest and sunniest Costas in Spain with approximately 320 days of sunshine per year. Average temperatures during the Winter can 17/19 deg C. During the summer temperatures can reach above 30 deg C and inland the temperatures can soar to over 40 deg C!
You can see this by the arid and desert like landscape and the abundance of wild cacti! Take a trip to the Oasys cowboy film set and outdoor zoo which is well worth the visit for the whole family where you watch the stuntmen perform a scene from a wild western film!
Within 20 minutes drive there is Vera water park where there is fun for all the family.
The San Juan de los Terreros / Noravel area
San Juan de los Terreros is very charming and beautiful. It is an up and coming resort that is becoming very popular with holidaymakers from all different nationalities. We have a new promenade with "chiringuitos" (beach bars) all along this gorgeous walkway where you can stop and enjoy a traditional lunch of paella or a freshly caught plate of fish whilst sipping a cool glass of wine or beer and enjoying the views of the surrounding sea and beach!
Just in the mountains above Terreros is the new Mundo Aguilon golf course where you can play a challenging game of golf (ask us for details of discounts and special offers) also new to be completed this year is the Terreros golf course which reaches down to the sea and is minutes away from the villa.

1. A non refundable deposit of 20% secures the booking.
2. 80% balance is due no later than 6 weeks prior to arrival in resort.
3. A Security Bond of 250 euros or 200 pounds is payable on prior to arrival to Guardian Angels and this will be returned within 7 days of your departure from the property..
4. We can have a welcome available in your villa prior to your arrival if you wish (there is a basic welcome pack provided free of charge but if you wish extra items please enquire)
6. Prices may be increased for Bank Holiday weeks i.e. Easter.
7. Flexible change-over days.
8. Long Term rental on this property may be considered (please enquire)
9. We can arrange airport shuttle service from either San Javier (Murcia) or Almeria airports.
