About the home

Villa Martha is a stunning 3 bedroomed villa situated in a quiet cul-de-sac on the beautiful coastal resort of San Juan de los Terreros. It has a large lounge/dining area leading through patio doors onto a large terrace with private swimming pool in mature walled gardens with intercom access and off road parking. Well equipped modern kitchen including oven with hob/extractor fan, microwave and fridge and freezer.

Three good sized bedrooms all on the ground floor level (1 double, 2 twin). The double bedroom has patio doors leading to a secluded bathing area at the rear. One bathroom with corner bath,shower plus additional large shower room with vanity unit and twin sinks.

The rooftop solarium boasts beautiful sea and mountain views and the villa is only a 10/15 minute walk to the lovely safe sandy beaches and local village amenities.

Home comforts for long and short term rentals include satellite TV, radio, DVD player and playstation.

The large square 8 x 4 swimming pool is set in the walled garden at the rear of the property and is very private.
There are sunbeds provided and patio furniture to enjoy al fresco dining. There is also a new built in BBQ for your enjoyment. The large rooftop solarium is very private and has gorgeous sea and mountain views.

The Costa de Almeria region

Costa Almeria is one of the driest and sunniest Costas in Spain. It has approximately 320 days of sunshine per year. San Juan de los Terreros has a strict policy of no high rise buildings above 3 storeys high so you wont find any high rise hotels or large apartment blocks here. We have an excellent road link from Almeria and Murcia airports which will get you into Terreros in approximately 1 hours drive.

The average temperature in the Winter here is around 17/19 deg C! During the summer temperatures can rise to well over 30 deg C. If you travel inland from the coast you will see the arid and desert like landscape adored with wild cacti. Inland at Tabernas is the Oasys cowboy film set and zoo which is well worth the trip and is only approx 1 hours drive from Terreros where you can watch the stuntmen perform a scene from a cowboy western film! Twenty minutes drive away is Vera Waterpark where there is fun for all the family.

The San Juan de los Terreros / Noravel area

San Juan de los Terreros is very charming and beautiful. It is traditionally Spanish and is up and coming with holidaymakers from all nationalities taking their holidays here. We have a new promenade with "chiringuitos" (beach bars) all along this gorgeous walkway where you can stop and enjoy and traditional paella or a plate of freshly caught fish whilst sipping a cool refreshing glass of wine or beer and watch the sea lapping on the shore!

Just in the mountains above Terreros is the new Mundo Aguilon golf course where it is very challenging but has wonderful sea and mountains views - contact us for details of discounts on this course and many more in the area.

We require 20% non refundable deposit to secure the booking. 80% balance is payable no later than 6 weeks before arrival in resort. A Security Bond of 250 euros or 200 pounds is payable to Guardian Angels prior to arrival and this will be returned to yourselves after satisfactory inspection of the villa for damage or breakages and within 7 days of your return to the UK.

Linen and towels are not provided unless requested. They can be hired at a cost of 15 euros per person or you may wish to bring your own.

Cots and highchairs are also provided if required at a cost of 10 euros per item per week.

10% discount on bookings of two weeks or more (except during peak season July/August)
