About the home
Casa Dreambinos is a three bedroom 2.5 bathroom villa situated on a peaceful corner plot. It has a fabulous kidney shaped swimming pool and is luxuriously furnished throughout.
On the ground floor is the Master bedroom with kingsize bed and fitted wardrobes. There is a good sized en suite shower room adjacent to the bedroom. An iDeck/alarm clock radio and hairdryer are supplied for visitors to use. The ground floor is open plan. The lounge/diner has a sofa bed, (suitable for one adult) two seater sofa, extending dining table and chairs and combined TV/DVD player with satellite dish which receives English TV and radio channels and Sky freeview channels. (please bring own sky card if you wish to view extra Sky channels). New for 2010 there is a "min home theatre system" which plays DVDs/CDs with an FM radio and MP3 player. The kitchen is fitted with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, ceramic hob and oven. Outside is a small utility area with sink unit and washing machine.
There is air conditioning in all the bedrooms and in the lounge area. There is also a downstairs cloakroom.
On the first floor there are two twin bedrooms with fitted wardrobes.The large family bathroom is fitted with wash basin, w.c. bath/shower and bidet. Off each of the twin bedrooms there is a terrace with beautiful views.
There is a small bistro set on the larger terrace which has views of the mountains - perfect for enjoying a chilled drink whilst watching the sun set.!

The private kidney shaped swimming pool is surrounded by beautiful plants. There is an outside shower, covered terrace area and generous off street parking. Also provided are sunbeds, patio furniture and a BBQ.

The Costa de Almeria region
Costa Almeria is one of the driest and sunniest Costas in Spain with approximately 320 days of sunshine per year. San Juan de los Terreros has a strict policy of no high rise buildings above 3 storeys high so you wont find any high rise hotels or apartment blocks here. We have an excellent road link from Almeria and Murcia airports which will get you into Terreros in approximately 1 hours drive. T
he average temperature in the Winter time here on Costa Almeria is around 19 deg C! In the summer the temperatures can rise to well over 30 degs C and if you travel inland you can see the arid and desert like landscape adorned with wild cacti. Inland at Tabernas is the Oasys cowboy film set and zoo which is well worth a visit and is only approx 1 hours drive from Terreros. Also within a 20 min drive is Vera Waterpark where there is fun for all the family.
The San Juan de los Terreros / Noravel area
San Juan de los Terreros is very charming and beautiful. It is an up and coming resort that is becoming a popular destination with holidaymakers from all nationalities. We have a new promenade with "chiringuitos" (beach bars) all along this gorgeous walkway where you can enjoy a cool refreshing glass of wine or beer looking out to sea and the beach along with a traditional cooked paella or freshly caught fish!
Just in the mountains above Terreros is the new Mundo Aguilon golf course where it is very challenging - contact us for details as we can obtain discounts on this course and many others. Also new to be completed this year is the Terreros golf course which is literally minutes away from the beach and village.

"Once again this villa has been absolutely perfect for our holiday. This year we booked 4 weeks 25th Aug - 22nd July 2010 and found the villa to be ideal for our family party of between 4 and 7 people over the month. Having the Master bedroom on the ground floor level gives everyone a feeling of freedom and not being on top of each other. The children can chill upstairs and also feel safe that the parents are still close. The outdoor table and chair area was perfect as even in the eveing the temperature was still in the 30s so we could dine out there and relax by the pool. Overall a superb holiday was had by all!" Fenlon family and friends ranging in age from 11 - 70.

20% non refundable deposit secures the booking. 80% is payable no later than 6 weeks before arrival. We require a Security Bond of 250 euros or 200 pounds to be paid to Guardian Angels prior to arrival and this will be returned to yourselves after satisfactory inspection of the villa for breakages or damage and within 7 days of your return to the UK.
Bed linen and towels are not provided unless requested. If you require these they can be hired at a cost of 15 euros per person or you may wish to bring your own. Cots and highchairs can be hired at a cost of 10 euros per item per week.
