Sam Miguel is beautiful three bedroom, two bathroom, two storey detached villa with a private pool. There are breathtaking mountain and sea views from the balcony which has ample sunbeds and a comfortable padded swing to sit in and enjoy the sun!.
There is a gas BBQ available to use with patio furniture and a parasol to enjoy "al fresco" dining around the pool. Inside the villa there is a lounge/diner and a fully fitted kitchen with all modern appliances including halogen hob, extractor fan, full size oven and an integrated fridge/freezer and microwave. The kitchen is fully equipped with toaster, kettle etc.
There are patio doors from the lounge leading onto the terrace looking over the pool area. There are two twin bedrooms downstairs with a family bathroom. Up the marble staircase there is a master bedroom with en suite shower-room and a door leading onto a private solarium with sunbeds and the swing seat.

This villa is fully air conditioned and has ceiling fans in all rooms. There are two twin bedrooms downstairs with family bathroom close by. Upstairs there is a master bedroom with en suite shower room. The kitchen is very modern and well equipped. Large square pool is in a secluded position enjoying the sun all day.
Gas BBQ and dining area for al fresco dining plus large awning giving ample shade if required.

Sam Miguel is well equipped with sunbeds and patio furniture to enable you to dine al fresco. There is a gas BBQ and utility area with washbasin and washing machine. Up on the solarium there is a padded swing and patio furniture and a shady area should the sun become unbearable! The large square swimming pool has a shower close by for cooling off!

Conditions
20% non refundable deposit secures the booking with the balance being paid no later than six weeks prior to arrival in resort.
Linen and towels are not provided in the villa but can be hired at a cost of 15 euros per person.
Electricity is read at the meter on arrival and paid for before you depart.
We require 250 euros Security Bond which will be returned after satisfactory inspection of the villa after your departure.

Costa Almeria is one of the driest and sunniest Costas in Spain. It has approximately 320 days of sunshine per year with an average temperature in the Winter of 19 deg C. San Juan de los Terreros has a strict policy of no high rise buildings above 3 storeys so you wont find any high rise hotels or apartment blocks here.
We have an excellent road link from Almeria and Murcia airports which can get you to the resort in approximately 1 hours drive. If you drive inland from the coast you will be met with desert like landscapes and wild cacti. The beaches around Costa Almeria especially San Juan de los Terreros are very sandy and shelve gently into the sea making it very safe for children and families.
The San Juan de los Terreros / Noravel area
San Juan de los Terreros is very charming and beautiful. It is an up and coming resort that is becoming a popular destination with holidaymakers from all nationalities. Typically Spanish we have a new promenade with "chiringuitos" (beach bars) all along this beautiful and scenic walkway where you can stop and purchase a cool refreshing glass of wine or beer whilst enjoying the glorious sunshine and the beach.
Just in the mountains above Terreros is the new Mundo Aguilon golf course which is very challenging and has wonderful views of the mountains and the sea.

Carol and Derrick were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The villa was spotlessly clean and well equipped. The town had everything we required and the beaches were lovely. If we return to Spain in the future we would certainly like to return to Sam Miguel. |

To book this villa we require a non refundable deposit of 20% of the total cost with 80% balance payable no later than 6 weeks before arrival. We ask for a security bond of 250 euros or 200 pounds to be paid to Guardian Angels prior to arrival in resort and this is to be returned to yourselves after satisfactory inspection of the property and within 7 days of your return to the UK.
Bed linen and towels are not provided unless requested. If you dont wish to bring these items with you we can offer them for hire at a cost of 15 euros per person. If you require a cot or highchair we can provide these at a cost of 10 euros per week per item.
