Casa Margarita is a delightful two bedroom villa situated on an exclusive development of individually designed villas yet only 15/20 minutes walk to lovely sandy beaches and local village amenities. There is a popular Bistro/bar only 5 minutes walk from this villa.
At the rear a pleasant comfortable lounge with patio doors open onto a private terrace with swimming pool and steps leading to the rooftop solarium. A sofa bed in the lounge enables the villa to accommodate two extra guests. ~The main bedroom has its own dressing room with en suite shower. There is a second bathroom and well equipped kitchen with adjoining utility. Parking on private driveway with intercom access.

Casa Margarita is fully equipped with everything you will need to make your holiday complete. There is a fully fitted kitchen which has all the items required in a modern kitchen. Lounge/dining room with patio doors looking out to the swimming pool. There are two bedrooms one with an en suite bathroom and a family bathroom. All the rooms come with full air conditioning. TV with satellite television.

Bed linen and towels are not provided unless requested. If you don't wish to bring these items with you we can offer them for hire at 15 euros per person. If you require a cot or highchair again we can provide these at a cost of 10 euros per week per item.

The Costa de Almeria region


Costa Almeria is one of the driest and sunniest Costa in Spain, with approximately 320 days of sunshine per year. San Juan de los Terreros has a strict policy of no high rise buildings above 3 storeys so you wont find high rise hotels or apartment blocks here. We have an excellent road link from Almeria and Murcia airports which can get you to the resort in approximately 1 hour's drive.
San Juan de los Terreros is typically Spanish orientated with the Spanish taking their holiday here especially during the August period. The town is made up of quaint houses and small apartments with traditional cave houses set into the rocks and cliffs on the beaches with most of these deserted except during the peak holiday periods.
Vera Waterpark is only 20 minutes drive away and is for all the family.
The popular Oasys cowboy film set and zoo in Tabernas is only 1 hours drive and is well worth the trip. For more information contact Guardian Angels who will be happy to advise.
The San Juan de los Terreros / Noravel area
San Juan de los Terreros is very charming and beautiful. It is an up and coming resort that is becoming a popular destination with holidaymakers from different nationalities. We have a new promenade with "chiringuitos" (beach bars) all along this beautiful walkway where you can enjoy and cool refreshing glass of beer or wine whilst enjoying the sunshine and the beach. Just in the mountains above Terreros is the new Mundo Aguilon golf course which is challenging and has wonderful views of the mountains and the sea, New to Terreros this year will be the Terreros Golf course which is just minutes away from the beach and village - this is due to open this year.
San Juan de los Terreros is an up and coming resort which is popular with Spanish, French and most nationalities including the British! Although this is NOT "Benidorm!" The beach in Terreros is a Blue Flag beach and shelves gently down to the sea making it very safe for young children and families. We have a new promenade offering beach bars called "chiringuitos" serving traditional Spanish fare including freshly caught fish and paellas!
Within 5 minutes drive there is the new Mundo Aguilon golfcourse which is very challenging! Contact us for discounts on this course and many others! The new golfcourse in Terreros is due to open in 2009 and this is only minutes away from the villa.
Twenty minutes drive away is the Vera waterpark and within 1 hours drive is the Oasys zoo and film set where many westerns have been filmed!

Electricity is not included in the cost but is read at the meter on arrival and paid for before you depart.
Linen and towels are not provided in the villa but can be hired at a cost of 15 euros per person, or you may wish to bring your own.
1. A non refundable deposit of 20% secures the booking.
2. Final balance of 80% is due no later than 6 weeks prior to arrival in resort. FAILURE TO PAY THE BALANCE BY THE DUE DATE AND THE BOOKING WILL BE CANCELLED.
3. A Security Bond of 250 euros or 200 pounds is payable to Guardian Angels prior to arrival and this will be returned to you within 7 days of your departure from the property and after satisfactory inspection of the property.
4. We can have a welcome pack available in your villa prior to your arrival if you have a late flight (please ask for details)
5. Prices may be increased for Bank Holiday weeks i.e. Easter (please ask for details).
6. Flexible change over days.
7. Long term rental on this property may be considered (please enquire if required.)
8. We can arrange airport shuttle service from Murcia (San Javier) and Almeria airports should this be required. (ask for prices)
