Mi Sueno is a fantastic two bedroom, two bathroom detached villa with large private pool. Set on a small estate of individually designed two and three bedroom villas - Mi Sueno has a lovely position backing onto mountains with good sea views. On entering the villa you come into the lounge area where there is a dining table and chairs and comfortable sofas - one of which is a sofa bed thus sleeping an extra two persons.
Popular Spanish resort on the border of Costa Almeria and Costa Calida. Close to beautiful beaches with fantastic mountain views and within 5 mins drive of challenging new Golf Course.
The gorgeous sandy beach shelves gently into the sea thus making it very safe for children and bathers. Explore the little coves in this village housing cave houses!

On entering the villa you come into the lounge area where there is a dining table and chairs and comfortable sofas - one of which is a sofa bed thus sleeping an extra two persons. There is a television with satellite channels. From the lounge/dining room there are double patio doors leading onto a pretty tiled terrace overlooking the beautiful pool.
Back in the villa the kitchen area is well equipped with oven/hob/extractor fan, fridge/freezer, microwave and kettle and toaster.
There are two bedrooms with the master bedroom housing an en suite shower room and walk-in wardrobe.
The twin bedroom has two single beds and built in wardrobe.
There is also a family bathroom.

At the side of the villa there are external steps leading to the rooftop solarium where fantastic views of the sea and mountains can be enjoyed.
The garden in this villa has been planted with Mediterranean plants and fruit trees and is fenced and totally private.

10% discount for two week bookings.
20% deposit secures a booking. There is a Security Bond required of £150 or 200 euro required and this is to be returned after inspection of the villa for any damage or breakages.
Bed linen and towels are not provided unless requested. If you dont wish to bring these items with you we can offer them for hire at a cost of 10 euros per person. If you require a cot or highchair we can provide these at a cost of 15 euros per item per week.

The Costa de Almeria region
Within walking distance of new golf course due to open very shortly. 5 minutes drive to new Mundo Aguilon Golf Course set in the mountains above Terreros.
Costa Almeria is one of the driest and sunniest Costa in Spain. It has approximately 320 days of sunshine per year. Average temperatures in the Winter can be as high as 19 deg C. There is an excellent road link from either Almeria or Murcia airports getting you to San Juan de los Terreros in approximately 1 hours drive.
Inland from the coast the terrain is typically desert like and very dry and arid.

Full payment to be paid 4 weeks before rental.
Security deposit of 200 euro or £150 to be paid on arrival and returned in full once Villa has been inspected for damage.
Bed Linen and Towels cost 15 Euro per persons . Or of course you are welcome to bring your own along. If you require a cot or high chair we can provide these at a cost of 15 Euro per item per week.
Cleaning charges are included in the price, there is a small charge for electricity which is read at teh meter.
