This beautiful, waterfront property consists of three double bedrooms, master bedroom is en suite and has a balcony overlooking the sea, lie in bed, hear the sea and watch the spectacular sun rise. The sitting/dining room with double French doors overlooks the back garden and the beautiful sea views.
Breakfast in the garden is a must. The garden is beautifully landscaped and provides an excellent area to be able to sit in the sun or the shade at any time of the day. There is a gate at the end of the garden leading directly onto the beach, which can be locked to keep the little ones safe. The swimming pool area is also a locked area, swimming and beach toys provided. The large roof terrace is a real sun trap an ideal place for private sun bathing. The swimming pool is open all year and heated during the winter months.
There is a twin room overlooking the swimming pool and 1 double room overlooking the swimming pool with balcony and spiral staircase leading up to the large roof sun terrace with all day sun and spectacular 360 degree views overlooking the sea and mountains. The kitchen is very well equipped and overlooks the swimming pool.
Built just a while ago everything is new and in pristine condition. A fantastic location for a quiet and relaxing beach holiday in the sun and with the sea on the doorstep

Our area is very much old Spain and strict building controls are in place, with buildings 3 stories or less, thus ensuring the beauty of the region. There are many fabulous beaches, coastal areas, walks and historic castles.

The San Juan de los Terreros / El Calon area
El Calon is in the provence of Almeria very near to the provence of Murcia, a small quiet community on the waterfront with its own beach, many rock pools and stunning views, friendly beach bar, small children’s wooden play area. Situated with the mountains directly behind. Just down the road is the historical town of San Juan de los Terreros with it’s beautifully golden sandy beaches and cave houses which are still very much used.
Going the other way is the quaint fishing village of Villaricos and just a bit further on the larger towns of Garrucha, Mojacar Pueblo and Vera.

Having now stayed at this property on two occasions with my wife, I can highly recommend it to other travellers. the location of this spacious three bedroom property is second to none, the stunning views from the master bedroom as the sun rises will stay with you for a very long time.
