This appealing, typically Andalusian-style property, perched on the very edge of a cove and commanding impressive sea views from all its bedrooms, provides accommodation for a total of 16 guests. The individual apartments, which can function separately as fully self-contained units, must however be rented together with the rest of the house. The house has parking for 4 cars and is accessed through electrically-operated gates ensuring security and privacy. Living room contains 3 large sofas, 2 coffee tables and table that seats 4, equipped with flat screen satellite TV, DVD, music equipment and a small office/library open to the living area. Right of the hall is the large fully equipped kitchen with table to seat 8 contains fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, electric hob and oven. Bedroom 1 is on the ground floor (2 single beds pushed together 0.90m x 1.90m). First floor: Master room with king sized bed (1.80m x 2.00m), Bedroom 3 and 4 contain queen size beds (1.60m x 2.00m). All bedrooms have sea views, en-suite bathrooms and an additional shower room on the ground floor, built in cupboards, satellite TV, stereo, telephone and a fridge. Bedrooms on the top floor have access to a large connecting terrace. Second floor: laundry room fully equipped with washing machine, dryer and incredible sea views, accessed through the roof terrace. Apartments: Apartment 1: is situated on the ground floor with one double bedroom (2 single beds pushed together 0.90m x 1.90m) bathroom and large living area with bed-sofa and open plan kitchen fully equipped with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, ceramic hob and oven.
