Casa Piramide is situated on a small development of properties very close to the beach of Terreros. It is ideal for families due to the close proximity of the beach - compact yet with all you need for a memorable holiday!! The main shops, bars and restaurants are only minutes away and Vera Playa and Mojacar are both within 30 minutes drive. Aguilas is the nearest town and this is just over the border into Murcia yet only 9km from Terreros. Terreros is a family orientated resort and is geared up for a relaxing seaside holiday.

Casa Piramide is on a small development of similar villas. Comprising of two double bedrooms complete with wardrobes and chest of drawers, a family shower room with walk in shower, wash handbasin and w.c. There is a fully fitted kitchen complete with oven, hob, fridge, microwave, washing machine and everything you require in a modern well equipped kitchen. There is an open plan dining room/lounge with comfy sofa and television with satellite. Patio doors lead from the lounge onto a sunny terrace - perfect for al fresco dining! There is a spiral staircase from the terrace leading to a large solarium complete with sunbeds, BBQ and patio furniture.

Casa Piramide is complete with patio furniture for Al Fresco dining and has a large solarium where you can sunbathe in complete privacy! There are shared gardens that are open plan with mature trees and mediterranean plants and there is grass all around. Casa Piramide has an off road parking area with a 2 minute walk to the property. If you cut through to the pathway at the side of the properties you can walk direct to the beach which is approx. 500 metres from the villa.
Further details
We require 20% non refundable deposit to secure the booking and the balance is required no later than six weeks prior to arrival in resort.
Linen and towels are not provided in the villa but can be hired at a cost of 15 euros per person.
Electricity is included in the rental price.
We require a Security Bond of 200 pounds which is to be paid no later than two weeks prior to arrival date and this will be returned after satisfactory inspection of the property after your departure.

The Costa de Almeria region
Costa de Almeria is one of the driest Costas in Spain! We have approx. 320 days of sunshine per year with an average Winter temperature of 17/19 degrees centigrade. Most days the temperature is in the low 20s. San Juan de los Terreros has a strict policy of no high rise buildings above 3 storeys and this is evident in this resort. We have an excellent road link from Almeria and Murcia airports which will bring you into Terreros in approx. 1 hours drive.
We have a waterpark at Vera Playa just 20 minutes drive from Terreros.
Also we have Oasys which is a western themed cowboy village complete with zoo. Set in the desert in Tabernas this is where a lot of Cowboy Westerns were filmed. This is approx. 1 hours drive from Terreros.
Mojacar is only 30 minutes drive where there is the Playa of 7 miles of sandy beaches and the Pueblo which is typical whitewashed village in the mountains!
The San Juan de los Terreros area
San Juan de los Terreros is a quaint, typically Spanish seaside resort and is very charming and beautiful. Terreros is family orientated and it is an up and coming resort, very popular with holidaymakers from all nationalities. We have a new promenade walkway complete with "chiringuitos" (beach bars) where you can stop and enjoy a traditional lunch of paella or a plate of freshly caught fish whilst sipping a cool refreshing glass of wine or beer!
We have two supermarkets in the village, one is a large hipermarket selling everything from UK food to fishing tackle! We have 19 bars and restaurants in the village ranging from Spanish, Chinese, and Belgian cuisine.
