This immaculate apartment is situated within the popular Beverley Hills Complex in San Juan de los Terreros. The complex is in a gated community with large swimming pool and tennis courts for your enjoyment. This apartment is ideal for either a "grown up" holiday or a relaxed family holiday/ The extra large terrace overlooking the tennis courts and garden area is ideal for sunbathing and offers plenty of room for children to play safely. In the evenings it is a pleasant place to sit with a drink and watch the twinkle of lights in the bay of Terreros and to witness the occasional spectacular sunsets behind the stunning mountains.
This apartment has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and en suite shower room and the other has twin beds. There is also a large family bathroom comprising of bath with shower attachment, bidet, w.c. and vanity unit with washbasin. There are mirrored cupboards and a hair dryer is provided.
If required we can provide a travel cot and fold out bed for this apartment free of charge.
The living area comprises of lounge/diner and overlooks the terrace with views of the sea and mountains. Also in the lounge area are a dining table and four chairs and settee with 2 cane chairs. A television is provided with UK free to view channels, DVD player and CD player/radio.

Beverley Hills complex houses a large communal swimming pool and tennis courts for your use. The gardens are established with many species of Mediterranean plants and trees. It is a pleasant stroll downhill (about 10 mins) to the very quiet (but lively and vibrant during the months of July and August!) little village of San Juan de los Terreros. You may wish to travel by car down to the many beaches and coves in Terreros to carry the parasols, beach chairs, small inflatable boat etc. which are available for your private use. For those who enjoy golf we have a set of golf clubs at yours disposal. Mundo Aguilon is a new 18 hole golf course set 5 minutes drive in the mountains above Terreros. There are several other courses also in the area.

A Security Bond of 200 euros is payable and this will be returned to you after satisfactory inspection of the property and within 7 days of your return home.

Electricity is read at the meter on arrival and paid for before you depart.

The Costa de Almeria region


Costa Almeria is one of the driest and sunniest Costas in Spain with approximately 320 days of sunshine per year. Average temperatures during the winter period are around 19 deg C (or sometimes even higher!) During the Summer months the temperatures soar to above 30 deg C and if you venture inland from the coast the temperatures can reach as high as 40 deg C and even higher. You can see this effect by looking at the arid and desert like landscapes with the abundance of wild cactii.
Visit the Oasys Cowboy film set and zoo set in the mountains - this is well worth the visit and is approx 1 hours drive from Terreros.
There is a water park situated approx. 20 minutes drive on Vera playa.
The San Juan de los Terreros / Beverly Hills area
San Juan de los Terreros is typically Spanish and is a charming, quaint coastal resort. Terreros (as it is locally known) is fast becoming very popular with holidaymakers from all over Spain and the surrounding countries. We have nationalities from all different parts of the world coming to Terreros for their holidays. We have a new promenade and walkway with "chiringuitos" (beach bars) situated alongside the beach where you can stop and enjoy a traditional lunch of paella or freshly court fish whilst sipping a cool glass of beer and listening to the sound of the waves lapping gently on the shore!
