Casa Rolls has three bedrooms and two bathrooms - one is an en suite shower room from the master bedroom. The owners of this villa have spared no expense with decor and furnishings of this property.
The kitchen has expensive units fitted including fridge//freezer, combi-oven, microwave, washing machine and all utensils, glassware and pottery you would require for an enjoyable stay in this villa.
There is a large lounge/dining area with TV cabinet and satellite TV. A large wooden six seater dining table and chair complement this room along with two large comfy sofas.
There are three bedrooms, two twin bedded rooms (one of the twin bedded rooms has electric beds which can be individually controlled) and the double master bedroom has en suite shower room complete with w.c., washbasin and walk-in shower. The family bathroom has w.c., vanity unit with washbasin, bidet and bath with shower attachment.

The Costa de Almeria region
Costa Almeria is one of the driest and sunniest Costas in Spain, with approximately 320 days of sunshine per year. Average temperatures during the Winter months average around 19 deg C (usually higher!) During the summer months the temperatures can soar to above 30 deg C and if you venture inland from the coast the temperature can reach as high as 40 deg C and above. You can see this effect by admiring the arid and desert like landscapes with the abundance of wild cactii.
Take the family to the Oasys cowboy theme park and film set with fabulous outdoor zoo which is well worth the visit. There is also a water park on Vera Playa which is approx. 20 minutes drive from Terreros.
San Juan de los Terreros area
San Juan de los Terreros is typically Spanish and is a very charming and beautiful coastal village. Terreros as it is locally known) is fast becoming a tourist resort with holidaymakers from all over Spain and other surrounding countries. We have nationalities from all different parts of the world coming to Terreros for their holidays. We have a new promenade and walkway with "chiringuitos" (beach bars) all along the side of the beach where you can stop and enjoy a traditional lunch of paella or a plate of freshly caught fish whilst sipping a cool glass of wine or beer and listening to the sound of the waves lapping against the golden sand of Terreros beach. Also in Terreros there are numerous covers with caves and cave houses where you may find yourself being the only person enjoying the peace and quiet especially out of season. During July and August Terreros comes alive with street markets, music and full of excited families enjoying their holiday.

Further details outdoors: Casa Rolls is south facing and has far reaching mountain and sea views. There is an 8 x 4m swimming pool complete with outside shower in the rear garden surrounded by Mediterranean plants and fruit trees. There are sunbeds provided and patio furniture complete with parasol. The patio area has been fully tiled for shade should it be required. There are double gates into the driveway where you may park your car if you wish and a single gate with telephone access.

We require 20% non refundable deposit to secure the booking and the balance no later than 4 weeks prior to your arrival in Spain. We also require a Security Bond of 250 euros to be paid which will be returned to you after satisfactory inspection of the property.
