It has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. There are wonderful sea and mountain views from the solarium and balconies. The pool was refurbished this year and the garden is totally private and benefits from a large shady area for al fresco eating and a BBQ is provided. There are numerous sunbeds and patio furniture provided for your use.

Casa Vistamar is a three storey villa with private pool only 500 metres from the beach, bars and restaurants! Fabulous villa situated close to all amenities with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. From the front door you climb the first flight of marble stairs up to the first floor where there is a twin bedded room with fitted wardrobes, a shower room and the lounge/dining room from which there are patio doors leading onto a sunny balcony with patio furniture. In the lounge area there are two comfortable sofas and dining table and chairs. The kitchen is an american style open plan with breakfast bar and comprises fully fitted worktops and units including oven, hob, fridge/freezer and everything is provided in the villa for your comfort!
Up another flight of stairs you come to the second twin bedded room with fitted wardrobes and a large family bathroom with bath/shower attachment, double mirrored vanity unit and w.c. Also on this floor is the master bedroom with patio doors leading onto another terrace with fantastic sea and mountain views.
Up the third flight of stairs you come to the rooftop solarium where the views are even more spectacular looking at the wonderful mountain range and bay of Terreros. Also situated at the top fo the stairs is the washing machine and sink unit.

Gorgeous secluded private pool at the rear of the property which has been recently refurbished this year. There are ample sunbeds and patio furniture and a BBQ is also provided. There are electric double gates which you can open to secure private parking of your vehicle.

20% non refundable deposit secures the booking on this property with the balance paid no later than four weeks prior to your arrival in resort.
Linen and towels are not provided in the villa but can be hired at a cost of 15 euros per person.
Electricity is read at the meter on arrival and paid for before you depart.
We require 250 euros Security Bond to be paid prior to your arrival and this will be paid back after satisfactory inspection of the property and within 7 days of your return home.

The Costa de Almeria region


Costa Almeria is one of the driest and sunniest Costas in Spain with approximately 320 days of sunshine per year. Average temperatures during the Winter months can hit 19 deg. C or even higher! During the summer months the temperatures can soar to above 30 deg C and if you venture inland from the coast then the temperatures can reach as high as 40 deg C plus! You can see this effect by looking at the arid and desert like landscapes with the abundance of wild cactii.
Take the family to the Oasys cowboy film set and fabulous outdoor zoo which is well worth the visit.
The San Juan de los Terreros area
San Juan de los Terreros is a very charming and beautiful coastal village. It is an up and coming resort that is now becoming very popular with holidaymakers from all over Spain and the surrounding countries. We have nationalities from all different parts of the world coming to Terreros for their holidays year after year. There is a new promenade and walkway with "chiriguitos" (beach bars) all along the side of the beach where you can stop and enjoy a traditional lunch of paella or a plate of freshly caught fish whilst sipping a cool glass of beer and listening to the sound of the waves lapping gently against the sand.

We require 20% non refundable deposit to secure the booking. The 80% balance is due no later than 6 weeks prior to arrival in resort.
Linen and towels are not provided but can be hired at a cost of 15 euros per person, or you may wish to bring your own.
Electricity is read at the meter on arrival and paid for before you depart.
We require a Security Bond of 250 euros or 200 pounds to be paid to Guardian Angels prior to your arrival in resort and this will be returned to you after satisfactory inspection of the property after your departure.
Cots and highchairs can be hired for 10 euros per item per week.
We can provide an airport shuttle service from San Javier (Murcia) or Almeria airports - please enquire.
