Situated between Cala Vadella and Cala Carbó, two of the most tranquil and beautiful beaches on Ibiza, this beautiful three bedroom modern villa offers guests spectacular ocean views and a wonderfully tranquil location. Small and intimate, Cala Carbó is one of Ibiza's most private beaches, its shore a combination of sand and pebbles shelving gently into the crystal clear water. Two excellent restaurants offer very good food (most notably the seafood and paella dishes) but both are quite popular with the locals and can get reasonably busy on the weekends, so booking ahead is advised. The nearby Cala Vadella is also well worth a visit ? a spectacular bay, popular with families, and offering a wide selection of water-sports, restaurants and services. The house itself is truly unique in design and layout. Split over four different levels, it makes the most of the wonderful views out across both the mountains and the ocean. With an emphasis on luxury and cutting-edge style, the villa is open-plan in design with a real emphasis on light and space. Floor-to-ceiling glass windows wrap around the property on all sides, giving guests a real sensation of outdoor living. The various terraces only add to this, and are the perfect places to relax at any time of day or night, with a drink, a meal, or simply as a place to enjoy the sensational views across the island. The salt-water infinity swimming pool, barbeque area, sun lounge beds and outdoor music system all provide the perfect backdrop for a truly memorable holiday experience. The inside of the villa is no less impressive, with a spacious living room complete with comfortable sofas, a double fireplace and access to the swimming pool and terrace areas. The large kitchen and dining area is in keeping with the rest of the house with its minimalist style, and comes fully equipped with everything guests may need during their stay. From here a climb up the stairs brings you to the elegant master bedroom, with open-plan en-suite bathroom complete with Jacuzzi bath, a large walk-in wardrobe and breathtaking sea views. The other two double bedrooms are located on the top floor, both of which boast en-suite bathrooms, ample storage space, and access to an outside terrace. Spacious, bright and modern with fabulous ocean views, this beautiful villa is the perfect option for holidaymakers looking for a bit of luxury during their time on this magical island.

The Balearic Islands region

Home to green rolling hills, dramatic coastline, breathtaking sunsets and an extraordinary nightlife, Ibiza has been a magnet for visitors in search of beauty and an unforgettable holiday experience for decades. The old-world charm of Ibiza Town provides the perfect setting for visitors looking to experience the island?s stylish arts, cultural and social scene. Smart and sophisticated bars and restaurants, private boutiques and galleries, and a fascinating history draw an exclusive crowd throughout the year. The walled old quarter of the city, the D?Alt Villa, with its winding cobbled streets and 16th century cathedral only add to Ibiza Town?s vibrant atmosphere. The large and relatively new resort of San Antonio is where most of the island?s and discos are located, and it is busiest during the summer months when people from all over the world come to experience the legendary nightlife in some of the most stylish clubs on the planet

San Josep de sa Talaia

Beyond the lively Ibiza Town and San Antonio, visitors to Ibiza will discover a world of beautiful, un-spoilt countryside, traditional villages and farms, and a way of life that has been virtually untouched by tourism. The island is home to more than 60 beaches, ranging from long, sandy stretches to tiny hidden coves which can only be reached by boat or on foot. Protected from overdevelopment by the local authorities, the wild, northern end of the island is particularly beautiful, with acres of lemon and olive groves, green hillsides and rugged cliffs. Walkers can climb Ibiza?s highest mountain, Sa Talaiassa for stunning views across the whole island, or visit the Ses Salines salt flats to the east. An island of contradictions and surprises, Ibiza?s unique and magical atmosphere offers visitors from all walks of life a holiday to remember.
