This contemporary villa, designed by a renown Spanish designer, is nestled in a lush pine and eucalyptus forest between Sant Josep and Cala Tarida. With its panoramic outlook of the Ibizan landscape and Mediterranean, the home is orientated towards the sunset with views to the islands of Conillera, S'Espartar and Es Vedra. It is these magical Mediterranean vistas and the sumptuous design that make this residence such a pleasure to be in. Situated on a mountain, its natural downhill grades and slopes create cascading levels and optimize the sea view from each space. Two separate chill-out areas have been created for watching the sunset and an outdoor table shaded by a vegetation covered trellis provides an ideal spot for al fresco dining, while the sun loungers spread around the pool offer a sleek counterpoint to the rugged stonework of the landscaping. On an architectural level, the house is characterized by its rounded-edged and hand plastered stucco, invoking the classic Ibiza style, and accented with minimalist touches. Inside, it is in immaculate condition, with top of the line fixtures and furnishings. The micro-cement floors in silver grey and stone bath tubs in the bathrooms, as well as the pure white for all walls and the use of teak and zebrano capture the light and feel of the island. The property is accessed through electric gates, allowing for increased privacy and security. Comfort is enhanced by its short distance to the beautiful beaches of Cala Tarida, Cala Moli or Cala Vadella, shopping in San Josep de la Talaia, and excellent restaurants serving fresh seafood are nearby.

The Ibiza region

Home to green rolling hills, dramatic coastline, breathtaking sunsets and an extraordinary nightlife, Ibiza has been a magnet for visitors in search of beauty and an unforgettable holiday experience for decades. The old-world charm of Ibiza Town provides the perfect setting for visitors looking to experience the island?s stylish arts, cultural and social scene. Smart and sophisticated bars and restaurants, private boutiques and galleries, and a fascinating history draw an exclusive crowd throughout the year. The walled old quarter of the city, the D?Alt Villa, with its winding cobbled streets and 16th century cathedral only add to Ibiza Town?s vibrant atmosphere.

San Josep de sa Talaia

The large and relatively new resort of San Antonio is where most of the island?s and discos are located, and it is busiest during the summer months when people from all over the world come to experience the legendary nightlife in some of the most stylish clubs on the planet. But beyond the lively Ibiza Town and San Antonio, visitors to Ibiza will discover a world of beautiful, un-spoilt countryside, traditional villages and farms, and a way of life that has been virtually untouched by tourism. The island is home to more than 60 beaches, ranging from long, sandy stretches to tiny hidden coves which can only be reached by boat or on foot. Protected from overdevelopment by the local authorities, the wild, northern end of the island is particularly beautiful, with acres of lemon and olive groves, green hillsides and rugged cliffs. Walkers can climb Ibiza?s highest mountain, Sa Talaiassa for stunning views across the whole island, or visit the Ses Salines salt flats to the east. An island of contradictions and surprises, Ibiza?s unique and magical atmosphere offers visitors from all walks of life a holiday to remember.
