The beautiful interior of the finca boasts a choice of comfortable living and dining areas on the ground floor plus a spacious kitchen fitted with high quality appliances.There are 4 bedrooms including 2 with their own private terraces, and 3 bathrooms, one en-suite and one with a whirlpool bath. Three of the bedrooms also come with air-conditioning and there are log fires in the living room for cooler nights as well as central heating for the winter months. There is wi-fi broadband internet and satellite TV, DVD and music system . There is also a beautiful plant-filled covered porch overlooking the pool, perfect for relaxing in the shade or in the evening.

There is a beautiful private pool with lush plant beds on one side and plenty of sunbeds . There is a large dining table for up to 10 people for starlit dinners or long lazy lunches by the pool. Close to the kitchen is a large BBQ area with sink and tiled worktop and another table for sunny breakfasts . The property is fenced with an electric gate and has parking space for 3 cars or more.

The San Josep de sa Talaia / Calle de Benimussa area
The pretty village of San Jose (Sant Josep in Catalan) is set high in the hills and is overlooked by the green slopes of Sa Talaia, Ibiza's highest point. The attractive high-street has bars, cafes, shops and banks, with terraces and patios, great food and live music in the evenings. The village forms a lively hub from which all the beautiful beaches of the South West are reached. The sleepy hamlet of San Agustin is also close to the finca and has one of the best restaurants on the island - Can Berri Vell - as well as a friendly local store and a great bohemian bar with rambling garden terraces.The finca is in the rural valley of Benimussa, one of Ibiza's hidden gems, untouched by mass tourism or modern developments, yet only 5 minutes to San Jose or San Antonio, with it's famous Sunset Strip, and 15 minutes to Ibiza Town. The glamorous beach clubs and restaurants of Cala Jondal, Salinas and Cala Bassa are also a short drive away, and the world's leading nightclubs can all be reached within 20 minutes.

Direct flights to Ibiza are available from most European airports in the summer, with Easyjet, Ryanair, Monarch and other charter companies offering very good deals from the UK, plus now British Airways are flying several times a week from London airports with Business Class seats available .
Can Truy is 12km or 20 mins from Ibiza Airport, around €25 in a taxi.The finca is located in the countryside so a car is recommended. We will be happy to provide information and assistance with reliable car rental, and we have taxi drivers and private drivers available who know the house for those times when you'd prefer not to drive.
