The villa has a rustic living room with fireplace and a dining room with a relax area, for nap time. Two BBQ´s, one in pool area and another on the porch.
The villa counts with its own ecological vegetable garden, so guests can taste the best fresh products.
Two fully equipment kitchen, one of them with outside on the porch and a charming rustic style. Two bathrooms, one with bath and the other with shower.

Conditions
In order to secure the booking we ask for a 30% of the rent by bank transfer.
The left rent is to be paid on your arrival by cash, also a deposit of 700 Euro will be required as a breakages deposit which will be refunded after the villa has been checked, within 48 hr after departure.
The Ibiza region
The island of Ibiza is the jewel in the crown of the Balearic Islands with its magnificent beaches, amazing dining and the world's best night-life.
The island of Ibiza covers an area of 572 km2 and is the third largest of the Balearic Islands. Ancient Greek settlers named Ibiza and its sister island Formentera the Pitiusan islands owing to the large expanses of pine trees which stretch from coast to coast.
As well as the stunning weather and beaches, Ibiza boasts many cultural attractions including the fortified Old Town of Ibiza known as Dalt Vila. This was named a World Heritage site by UNESCO in 1999.
The San Josep de sa Talaia area
Located south of the island, is the largest municipality in Ibiza. San Jose has the highest mountain of Ibiza, Sa talaia, with 475 m. above sea level surrounded by a valley between pine trees and typical Mediterranean flora. The village has a beautiful medieval church worth visiting and nice terraces where you can enjoy a peaceful and freedom atmosphere, just 15 km away from Ibiza town. Close to the best calas on the island: Cala Comte, Cala Bassa and Cala Jondal, beautiful pebble beach, which is fast becoming one of the stylish beaches in Ibiza where famous DJ's are often playing smooth chilled out music, and also the natural park of Ses Salines and Cala d´Hort, where the impressive Es Vedra with its turquoise waters.
One of the main attractions is to hop over to Formentera, the beautiful island is just 20 minutes by fast boat.
