Both bedrooms have built in wardrobes, the master bedroom has glazed doors to exterior covered terrace and an en suite bathroom with (full sized) bath and shower; the guest bedroom has 2 single beds and a (walk in)shower room. A/C, central heating; double-glazed windows and doors. Louvred shutters to living and master bedroom doors, plus all windows. Communal swimming pool and gardens. Pedestrian access via two separate security gates, one to the rear of the apartment and the other to the western side with master key supplied. Undercover parking can be provided upon request.

Whilst the tv does not have full satellite facility, it does have many cable channels. The music system has an ipod dock and various CDs and DVDs are available. Cleaning services are provided before and after your visit/once a week (for longer stays), but can be supplied more often upon request.
A care pack (food, milk, wine etc) can also be provided upon request. Additional cleaning and care pack at additional fee. Basic necessities are provided as standard: Soap, loo paper, tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, olive oil, vinegar, washing up liquid etc
Further details outdoors:
Sun loungers, cushions, 2 side tables, swimming towels, b b q, b b q equipment, picnic table, picnic folding chairs are also provided, but must be kept in the apartment, when not in use. The b b q area is to the right of this section of the complex - when facing the pool - in the 'wild garden' area.

The Ibiza region
Ibiza - known as the white Island or magic isle - is a glorious mismatch of stunning historical and natural beauty, combined with the fact that for 4 months of the year, it is the epicentre of the international clubbing scene.
Rediscovered in the 60's by hippies and artists and latterly getting a pretty bad reputation, it has cleaned up its act and is now a happy combination of the glitterati, locals and you and me! S'Estanyol is situated just outside the buzzing San Antonio area, but with very easy access.
It is near some of the loveliest beaches such as Cala D'Hort, with it's stunning view of mystical Vedra, or the craziness of the party beaches. You have the luxury of choice: Get into the thick of it with ease, or relax in peace
The San Josep de sa Talaia area
Ideal for a family holiday, two couples together, or friends- the Apartment sleeps 4 comfortably (there is also a single bed/pouffe in the sitting room). It is well situated - within 3 minutes walk of all the local facilities and amenities. Choices are limitless with two popular sandy beaches, Es Puet and S'Estanyol and a choice of beach bars/restaurants, on the shores of the Bay of San Antonio and in the centre of San Antonio with it's shops, restaurants and bars, all within a ten minute walk along the modern maritime walkway around the Bay.
Other great beaches such as Port des Torrent, Cala Bassa and the twin beaches of Cala Conta are easily accessible by regular ferry services or if you want to pop in to San An for an evening out, or just chill out with a cocktail whilst watching the sunset and listening to the music of world-famous DJ's at Cafe del Mar or Mambo on the Sunset Strip. Late afternoon and evening ferries cross the Bay from various quays within a five minute walk.
Busses and ferries are close by - for trips to ibiza old town: Dalt Villa and the other villages/towns of ibiza
Water-sports and things to do!: Apart from spending time on the local beaches and topping up your tan, the beach at Es Puet offers a host of water-sports: supervised banana/ringo rides round the Bay, wakeboarding/ water-skiing and if wanting to take your own trip, boats with outboard engines are available for rent at hourly rates. If more adventurous, parascending is available throughout the day and early evenings from various sites within the Port and there is even an enclosed 'bunjee' facility available as well as a GoKart track in San Antonio, ideal for the kids in us!
From the Port,you can charter various types of boat, from speedboats to cruisers for a half/full-day and go off around the coastline, taking in the wonderful beaches and scenery or go to famous Formentera to the south of Ibiza. There are also various glass-bottom boat trips available for those who prefer to be more local.
Night-time activity is also catered for with two of the big disco's, Eden and Es Paradis, within easy reach of the apartment. This is also an 'all year' apartment - the almond blossom in late february and the wild flowers, are a sight never to be forgotten. Whilst quieter out of clubbing season, many places are still open and it is a wonderful way to see a whole new side of this gorgeous Island.
Golf: There are two golf courses on the island, a 9-hole and 18-hole, both within the Roca Llisa Golf Club, between Ibiza Town and Santa Eularia, to the north east of the island.

You know when you have decided on a destination, the next move is the hardest-finding somewhere to stay, and it makes me frustrated. I always think people oversell their properties and from the photos this apartment looked amazing, it simply had to be too good to be true. I booked it despite my cynical ways, and although i am hard to please, i could not have wanted more (well maybe another weeks stay!). It was utter heaven. The decor was beautiful, the apartment was a perfect size, good rooms, comfy beds, good showers, kitchen well equipped....i could go on. One day you read your book by the pool in the sun, the next you can mingle with tourists, its your choice, it is a perfect locationfor everything. I loved it so much i have put it in my diary for next year, i would love to meet the owner and hug them. Brill holiday, brill brill brill

This gorgeous apartment is in such a great location. A 2 minute walk and the streets lined with typical Ibiza bars begins! It is only a 15 minute walk to some gorgeous restaurents and cafe's, and even though I went out of season there is still so much open and a great atmosphere. Travelling alone, I didn't want anywhere too big. The size of the apartment was perfect for one, and would be more than suitable for 4/5. The balcony is a very generous size, and the shared pool is clean and so refreshing! Decorated beautifully, you feel like you are in a home that is loved. Overall a great place, already planning my return!
