A 3 bedroom town house set in a peaceful and friendly community located within a 15 minute walk to a sandy and calm tide free beach situated on the blue sea of the Mar minor. This sandy beach stretches for 4 miles along the largest salt water lagoon in Europe.
The town centre of Santiago la Ribera, with its wide variety of bars, restaurants and shops is only a 10 minute walk away from the accommodation. In addition to a well maintained communal swimming pool, the complex also benefits from a nearby children’s play area with swings and slides as well as a fenced football and basketball court area. For the more energetic there are also miles of cycle paths around the resort.
The area hosts a vast array of ways to occupy your time if you prefer to do more than just soaking up the sun. Activities such as golf, water-sports, theme parks, water parks and a local weekly market are all ways that you can make the most of your time whilst on holiday.

If flying into Murcia airports it's only 15 minutes away by car to property and Alicante airport 1 hour by car.
Cheap flights available into both airports from the UK. Car hire is available from both airports which can be pre-booked on line and if you choose not to hire a car there are plenty of Taxi's waiting for hire.
