Los Jazmines is a well furnished townhouse situated in the Spanish town of San Javier on the Mar Menor in the Murcia Region.
The property has a large patio area at the front, private roof terrace and communal pool to the rear of the property. Close by are typical tapas bars, restaurants and shops. The beach at Santiago de la Riberia with its palm lined seafront promenade is only a 5 min drive away (or a 20 min walk on the flat or use local bus service) with several other beaches close by. The Mar Menor offers safe bathing and as an 'inland sea' is usually a few degrees warmer than the Med! For golfers there are 5 courses within easy reach.

The Costa Calida/Murcia region
The Costa Calida (Warm Coast) is the 250 km long section of the Spanish coast between Aguilas in the south and San Javier in the north where the rugged landscape of the mountains extends its tranquility to the sea's edge. La Manga ('the Sleeve') divides the Mar Menor, a salt water lagoon, from the Mediterranean. There are long stretches of beaches and the Mar Menor is a paradise for those into watersports.
The region offers something for everyone from the beaches to the histoirc towns of Murcia and Cartegena. The wine regions of Jumilla, Yecla and Bullas are within an 1 1/2 hours drive and there is stunning scenery along the Segura valley. At nearby San Pedro del Pinatar you can see flamingos wading in the salt flats at certain times of the year. If you enjoy street markets you can visit a different market each day all within 20 minutes drive.For golfers there are 5 courses, Torre Pacheco, Campamoar, Las Ramblas, Villamartin and of course La Manga within 15/20 mins drive.

San Javier is a small Spanish town with tapas bars, restaurants, shops, supermarkets and banks - all you need on your doorstep. The Church fronts onto the picturesque square where you can sit and watch the world go by. There is a park, museum and an auditorium where various concerts (including a Jazz festival) take place.
The nearby shopping centre Dos Mares has a large supermarket cinema (Spanish only at present), fashion clothes shops, hairdressers and fast food outlets. The town boasts its own football club. There is a golf driving range and at nearby Santiago de la Riberia there is a sailing school.
If you prefer 'more British' nightlife then within 15 minutes drive to either La Manga to the south or Cabo Roig to the north provide countless bars restaurants etc.

The main bedroom has patio doors leading onto its own private balcony, large fitted wardrobe, twin beds, 2 bedside tables and side lights, full length cheval mirror. The second bedroom also has fitted wardrobe, twin beds, bedside table and side lamp and mirror over. The kitchen area has fitted cupboards and workops, ceramic hob, oven, large fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster. An outside part covered utility area houses the washing machine.
Further details outdoors: The property enjoys a spacious front patio with a covered terrace area table and four chairs. Patio doors lead out of the main bedroom onto a private balcony. There is a lovely private roof terrace with 4 sun loungers.
A back door leads onto a pathway giving access to the communal swimming pool. The pool area is completely secure and incorporates a small toddlers pool and showers.

Prices are for the house with occupancy of up to 4 persons for 1 week.
A non-refundable deposit of £100 is payable on booking with the balance payable 8 weeks prior to departure date or immediately if booking is made within 8 weeks of departure date. The final payment must include an additional £100 security deposit which will be refunded to you upon confirmation that the house has been left in good clean condition. Tenants are responsible for the replacement or payment of any breakages.
