San Gwann area
San Gwann an extension to St Julians, has all the facilities, shops, Banks that one would require on holiday. At the same time it is small enough to be able to get around and not so busy that you will get lost.

Further details indoors: The Farmhouse is a non smoking house. There are fans in every room and additional air conditioners are available. Two sets of bunk beds, one b/room with 4 beds and another with 3 beds. Fans in all rooms plus air con in four of five bedrooms,These are operated by tokens purchased from the owner. All bedrooms are a good size and have recently fitted modern windows .
Further details outdoors: Located on the outskirts of San Gwann the Farmhouse is surrounded by its own garden and leads on to Farmland. The large pool is of unique, award winning, design. Introduced in 2009 is the Solar Powered FLOATRON purifier system, allowing for large reduction in pool chemicals being used.
There is ample space for lounging, two dining tables and a large gas barbecue. Useful shops within walking distance. Wood burning stove for the damp winters nights.

Rental rates are based on up to ten persons, for any additional guests, please contact owner. preferably no arrivals on a Sunday, in cases of back to back bookings. 25% deposit secures the booking, balance due six weeks prior arrival. Long lets available.

Had a wonderful restful holiday with the kids raving about the pool. For a little island this was an oasis of calm, the uneven floors adding character to the place, wish we could have stayed longer.
