The staircase leads to the first floor, where there is a double and twin bedroom and the bathroom with an ample shower. From there another small staircase leads to the huge loft where there are two more single beds.
There is a terrace at one side of the house and a pebbled terrace in between the house and the swimming pool.

The Marche / Abruzzo / Marche region
Beautiful, varied landscapes, fantastic beaches, mountains, the hospitality, the good wines, the varied kitchen, the Mediterranean climate and the large cultural supply: The reasons, why Italy ranks for decades among the most popular destinations, are as variously as the country. It seems almost unbelievable that this popular vacation target has to offer still another region, which has all advantages of Italy in itself united and nevertheless overcrowded nor spoiled by the mass-tourism still unknown here.
And when you need a break of this all you just laze away at the pool.
The San Ginesio area
Many small places with outstanding restored old towns and various festa's in the summer (e.g. San Ginesio, Sarnano, Servigliano, etc). Macerata with its opera arena, Ascoli Piceno with its antique market, and many more.

Daily flights from the UK to Ancona with Ryanair. Ancona Airport is less than 80 minutes driving. Alternatively, you can fly to Pescara (120 minutes), Rimini (120 minutes), Forli (3 hrs.) or Rome (3,5 hrs.). Renting a car is advised.

Prima Luce is a part of Azienda Cerqueto. We stayed this year for the second time in a row (next year we go again!) in Prima Luce with our two boys (3 and 1year). Prima Luce has the same magnificant views as Casa Capanna. The house itselves is spacious, with 2 bedrooms and if necessary, two beds on the ceiling. A large kitchen, well equiped and a nice living with TV and radio. Upstairs two bedrooms with the (clean) bathroom and toilet. On the outside you can look for the sunny side with two terraces on the front and on the back with both marvelous views on the mountains. There is a large swimming pool with sun-beds and umbrella's. Two sweet dogs and two horses are also part of the family. The surroundings are great, with beach and mountains within half an hour driving. Nice little authentic villages with friendly people. Not the masstourism of Toscany. Monique and Robert are also available to help when needed. In short, this is holidays as it should be (for us) !!! |
