The owners Mario and Donella would like to offer you an unforgettable holiday in San Gimignano.

The accommodation

This unique and luxurious apartment is situated on the ground floor of a medieval building in the historic center and has its origins between 1100 and 1200. In the past it was part of the district of the old Convent of San Domenico, who later became old prison of San Gimignano.

The main feature that makes unique and special this apartment is the presence, in the historic center, of a large private garden, equipped with everything you need to be able to eat and relax, always green and blooming thanks to the care of the owners.

Guest access

The apartment, romantic and beautifully furnished, can host 2 people. We can provide you a cot for a baby. It is particularly suitable for a romantic getaway for couples.

It includes a large living room with full equipe kitchen, lounge area with sofa, bedroom with air conditioning, reading room and a luxury bathroom with large walk-in shower.

Included in the price you will find: heating,AIR CONDITIONIG, bed linen, satellite TV and WI-FI.

As a welcome gift we will offer guests a bottle of wine typical of Tuscan.

You can arrive in front of the apartment for loading and unloading luggage.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    How do I edit my booking?

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Mario e Cristina (the owner) a message.

    If Mario e Cristina (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
