It be distant approximately 25 km from Siena, 35 km from Florence and 25 from Chianti area.
San Gimignano area
San Gimignanois a lovely village in the middle of the Tuscany Region.
The village is medioevil type and it's surrunding of wonderful wine graps and particular lanscape. In the village you could find all you need:
Internet point, big and small market ( drink & food) , wine bar, pub, restaurant, "pizzeria" (pizza place). ice cream shop ,Church, farmacy, medical doctor, police station.
How to get there
From Milano, Pisa and Rome, take A1 (freeway) FIRENZE direction and exit at FIRENZE CERTOSA. After the payroll turn on the right to SIENA direction and exit at POGGIBONSI NORD. Follow direction to SAN GIMIGNANO for about 8km until you will find on the left side an house with a cross road and one indicator to COLLE DI VAL D'ELSA. Don't turn and go streight on for 50 meters and turn on the left to MONTI - CANNETA. Go streight on for about 1km and turn on the left at the first main road to AIANO. Go streight on for about 5 km until you will be on the top of the hill.
