Splendid three bedroom , 3 bathroom in suite villa located right outside of San Gimignano. Absolut privacy and quiet location !! Incredible pool with a panoramic position over the Tuscan landscape Three double bedrooms - perfect for couples or friends travelling together Fireplace in living room area - a great place to relax after a full day of site seeing Garden and terrace area with panoramic view over San Gimignano Top quality location for day trips to Siena, Lucca, Florence and the Tuscan coast Partecipation at the Fiera delle Messi (2nd week of June) concerts and opera in San Gimignano in August Palio di Siena 2 July and 16 August Bocelli concert at Lajatico, that is 20 minutes far organisation of Cooking Classes; organisation of Winetours, excursions to Museums and Festivals. Dinner home: Partecipation at the Olive Harvest (3-4 week of October) and the Grape Harvest (2nd week of September);

How do damage deposits work?
