The Marina Del Mar complex is ideal for a great family holiday being just a few minutes walk to local supermarkets, bars and restaurants and access to a large communal swimming pool. With plenty of outside space this property is ideally suited for a family holiday.
The property is a Quad style Villa with off road parking, it is available for holiday rental all year round. The communal swimming pool is a 2 minute walk from the house and has a segregated section for the toddlers.The house has 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms and sleeps 6 people. One bedroom is located down stairs and two up stairs. The master bedroom is fully air conditioned and has its own Sun Terrace with a roof solarium. The master bedroom has a double bed with 2 single beds in each of the other bedrooms.

There is a fully fitted kitchen with a fridge freezer, cooker, hob, microwave, toaster and electric kettle.The main living area is also fitted with air conditioning; there are ceiling fans in all 3 bedrooms to make your holiday in La Marina more comfortable. The Master bedroom is also fitted with air conditioning. There are 3 hairdryers in the property.
There is 2 sun lounges with there own foam bedding, bucket's and spades for children to use at the beach, some footballs and a two surfers.
For late arrivals, if you would like to request basic food provisions if required on arrival i.e. water, milk etc. You simply pay the amount presented on the bill.
Wi-Fi is available at a reasonable cost. Please ask for details

The property is an end terrace with a large private driveway for the car and is only a minutes walk to the large communal pool area.
A non-refundable booking deposit of 20% is required to reserve your booking for your dates.
The balance is required 4 weeks prior to your stay together with a damage deposit of £100 which will be returned to you by cheque within 14 days as long as no breakages/damage has occurred.
A cleaning of 60 Euros is payable (from 2015) with every booking regardless of the numbers of people or the period of stay.
About this location
The Valenciana region
Having just one main road running through the village with numerous plazas and roads running off of it makes it easy to find your way around and everything that you need can be found here with the exception of a large supermarket, but there are three on the urbanisation and others in Guardamar the next town going towards Torrevieja.
La Marina is about 5km from the beach. A number of new bars and restaurants have opened with a more international flavour.
A bus service runs to Santa Pola and Alicante to the north and Guardamar, Torrevieja and as far as Cartagena in the south and stops along the main road through the village. During the summer months from the end of June until the first week in September there is also a bus service from the urbanisation down to the beach. There is also a local bus service to Orihuela, Elche and the local villages in the Vega Baja;
Down on the beach there is plenty of free parking just behind the dunes at La Marina beach and also at El Pinet. They are blue flag beaches and have all the amenities to hand along with a restaurant by each car park and a beach bar at the La Marina beach. Alternatively there is a restaurant just behind the La Marina beach called La Pinada that specialises in fish and grilled meats, but also serves snacks and drinks both inside and on its terrace.
The urbanisation starts about a mile back from the beach and is a large residential area. It has four commercial centre’s, that provide a range of bars and restaurants as well as three large supermarkets and a few smaller ones that cater for the UK and northern European needs.
There is still an abundant supply of bars and restaurants to suit every taste and pocket, as well as supermarkets to supply all your needs for a stay here.
There is an abundance of wildlife close at hand with the Salinas de Santa Pola having one of the largest flocks of flamingos in Spain and the famous El Hondo nature reserve close by. With mountains inland and salt lakes to either side the area has its own microclimate with little rain.
The exclusive La Finca golf course is only a 20 minute drive away along with four other challenging 72 par golf courses within a 25 minute drive; Las Ramblas, Villamartin, Campoamor and La Marquesa. The famous La Manga is a 50 min drive away.

"Well appointed villa central to shops, bars and restaurants."
This well appointed house is a short walk away from shops, bars and restaurants. It is of a very high standard, very clean and tidy and the area is quiet and tranquil.
A car is essential to travel further afield and the rental costs are highly competitive. We would certainly stay there again should the occasion arise.

"A real home from home"
This was our second stay at this villa and we cannot wait to return. The owners are a pleasure to deal with and always respond so quickly to enquiries. The house is always spotlessly clean and is so comfortable. The air con is a real god send. The bars, restaurants and supermarket are just a short walk away. Couldn't recommend this place highly enough.

"Excellent Holiday Base"
The property was very comfortably furnished and absolutly spotless. The nearby pool was also very clean and quite. There are some nice restaurants nearby (( try the cod in Bonnie's or the steak in Ramon's). Supermarkets are also quite close.I would recommend a car and the area is a good base for visiting nearby attractions. I would recommend a visit to the nearby town of Eleche.
All in all a very good option for a family holiday

"An ideal property and location for a quiet relaxing holiday."
This is our second stay at this lovely villa. It is perfectly located for the amenities of the urbanisation. It is kept to a very high standard by the owners, spotlessly cleaned for our arrival together with all the facilities described in the 'home description' pages of the advertisment. Whilst their was only my wife and myself it would comfortably accommodate six people. I am also extremely impressed by the prompt reply's by the owners to booking enquiry's and any subsequent information requests. My only other comment would be that in my opinion a car is essential to enjoy this accommodation and surrounding area. In conclusion I would have no hesitation in recommending the property and this area of the Costa Blanca.
