Set in San Foca (LE) Salento, the city awarded the European Blue Flag and five sails Legambiente for the services offered and the clarity of the sea, the property "A few meters from the sea" is located just 80 meters from the sandy beach "Li Marangi". The apartment, with 7 beds on the ground floor has two large bedrooms, an outdoor covered veranda where you can have breakfast, lunch and dinner, a well-equipped kitchen, outdoor shower, TV, washing machine and air conditioning. The "A few meters from the sea," takes its name from a short distance from the sea, within easy walking distance even with small children and is located in a quiet location 300 meters from the center and not far from bars, shops and restaurants.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Tony (the owner) a message.

    If Tony (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
