There are three bedrooms (one double, two twin) with a full bathroom & a shower room (each with WC). There is a well equipped kitchen (limited sea view) and a comfortable living/dining room. There is a washing machine & extra fridge in the garage to which clients have access.
The covered terrace is furnished with large table & 6 chairs for alfresco dining - there is a purpose-built terrace barbeque for catering in the garden.

The Menorca region
Menorca is a designated biosphere reserve and as such is far less developed than its Majorcan neighbour. Regular flights from the UK and the rest of Europe have made Menorca a popular holiday destination - there is as little or as much to do as you want there to be. Whether you're after action (diving, windsurfing & horse riding), history (more archaeological sites pro rata than anyhere else in Europe) or just relaxation, Menorca is the place for you.
Popular with families, couples & singles, there is plenty to see and do; beaches & coastline to explore, towns & villages to visit and very definitely restaurant cuisine to sample! Menorca is famous for, amongst many things, mayonnaise (from Mahon) and gin (promoted during British rule) as well as leather goods & jewellery. The climate is generally good with long hours of sunshine in the summer but often accompanied by sea breezes on the coast, to make the heat more comfortable. Beaches are generally rugged in the north and tree lined in the south but overall very beautiful and largely unspoilt due to development restrictions. Being such a small island, Menorca can be covered by car with ease but return visitors continue to discover more each time!
San Climente / Es Canutells area
Es Canutells is a small residential village on the south coast about 15 minutes from Mahon (airport & town). San Climente is the nearest town, offering restaurants, shops, banking, chemist, bars etc. There is a small Spar in Es Canutells itself as well as a bar & restaurant. The village beach (0.5km away) in the bay is small (good for snorkelling) and more extensive beaching can be found a short drive away at Binibeca, Cala'n Porter & Binisafua. Car hire is recommended to make the most of your holiday in Menorca but there is a bus service from the village into Mahon & taxis are reliable and resonably priced (approx 15 or 20 euros to Mahon). Diving is available at the nearby resort of S'Algar & windsurfing is popular at Fornells on the north coast. Horseriding & bike hire are also available nearby.
Mahon offers great shopping (including the wonderful fish market) and restaurants along the port. Nightlife can be found at the local Cova d'en Xoroi in Cala'n Porter, 15 minutes away. Ciutadella and the beaches along the south west of the island are well worth the hour or so drive. The waterpark at this end of the island (Cala'n Bosch) is also a fun day out with the children.

The full bathroom is equipped with WC, bath, shower over, bidet & sink. The shower room has a WC, enclosed shower & sink.
New for 2008 - new mattresses throughout plus mattress & pillow protectors; new dishwasher, new high chair; new fluffy white bath & hand towels!
Further details outdoors: Sunloungers & parasols are provided around the 8m x 4m (irregular shaped) private swimming pool and there is an outdoor shower for use alongside the pool. Inflatables for the pool are also supplied in the garage as are beach chairs & parasols.
A mature hedge surrounds the property affording privacy in the garden while pine & palm trees offer welcome shade. Steps (with a stairgate) lead from the dining terrace to a roof terrace. There are some steps in and around the villa which may make the property unsuitable for the elderly or people with mobility problems.
