Welcome to the lovely seaside community of Cala de Bou in the San Antonio Bay, Ibiza.
If you're looking to be close to the heartbeat of the San Antonio Bay yet twice removed from the noise, this condo is for you and ideally suited for up to 4-5 guests seeking a nice, quiet, and convenient place to call home while you play in Ibiza.
the private condo is located steps from the ocean and in the heart of San Antonio Bay and walking distance to all the fun! No car necessary, walking distance to shops, restaurants, clubs, and beaches!

the modern privately owned condo is 2br + 1 full bath and ideally suited for 4-5 total guests. The master bedroom offers a double bed suitable for a couple and there's a double bedroom with 2 single beds and a full washroom and if need be, with special arrangements and for an additional fee, we can arrange for a sofa-bed to accommodate the 5th person and perhaps even a 6th person however it would be fairly crowded and if your group size is 6 or more, I also have some nice apartments in throughout d'en Bossa which are considerably larger and more suitable.
the condo is refreshingly clean, fully air conditioned, fully equipped and self-catering and ideally situated near the beach next door to Kumharas and the world famous San Antonio Bay sunsets. you're also just around the corner from the main strip with shops, restaurants, and clubs and a 5 minute taxi drive to Eden and Es Paradis - perfect location!
there's more good news – not only are you getting a safe, clean, and convenient beachfront condo for your heard earned money, you'll also get me :) as your host! As you know, I B I Z A is an amazing island, like no other, and when you come to such a cool place like this, it's not always just about finding the best possible deal – it's also about having the best possible overall experience and in order to do that, it's all about who and what you know when you get here. that's where I come in ;) I have many island contacts and connections, as well as the inside scoop on where to go and what to do and I have, among others, access to the cheapest club tickets on the island and just about anything else you might wish for to ensure you and your guests truly have an amazing time because hey, I love to play too ;) and look forward to playing together and I'll do my best to show you an amazing time.
and finally, whomever you ultimately choose to stay with, please be sure to factor all things considered and if you do nothing else, exercise caution as booking scams are notorious on the island and it doesn't stop with your booking and so it's very important to feel comfortable with who you are dealing with to protect your best interests throughout the duration of your stay – this I promise to do.

The Ibiza region
Ibiza! Famous for its hippies and night-life, cosmopolitan Ibiza is the summer party capital of the world, with spectacular clubs and world famous DJs. Ibiza has more to offer though than just its nightlife, there are over 80 beaches and clear blue sea, stunning landscapes, pretty villages and an amazing history.
Ibiza Town, a short 10 minute drive away, is a truly amazing place, steeped in history with the Dalt Villa, a UNESCO world heritage site looking down. There are designer shops, international restaurants, endless bars and a colourful gay scene.
Ibiza Town is perfect for strolling around especially at night around the night market, shops, boutiques. Wander up in to the old town and walk right up to the cathedral at the top taking in the history as you go. Playa den Bossa is excellent for kids, there is water park and crazy golf and other entertainment parks.
There is a Golf course in Cala Longa. You can get a ferry which takes half an hour over to Formentera, effeminately worth going for the day the beaches are out of this world and the water is turquoise and clear for miles perfect for a lazy day on the beach.
If you fancy staying closer to the apartment Talamanca beach has some nice restaurants as does the Marina Botafoch, as well as Pacha and El Divino there is also a casino. All just a 5 minute walk away.
The San Antonio area
Sant Antoni de Portmany is a town on the western coast of Ibiza. It was called San Antonio Abad in Spanish until 1986, when its Catalan official name was restored. However, most English-speakers still refer to it as San Antonio. It is the second-largest town and municipality in Ibiza; an island long considered by clubbers to be the clubbing capital of the world. It is situated on Sant Antoni Bay on the west coast of the island, part of the Spanish autonomous community of the Balearic Islands.
