The Kanya Beach coastline apartments are located in San Antonio on the world famous sunset strip.
These stunning apartments are situated on first, second and third floors with a large private glass fronted balconies, perfect for watching the mesmerising Ibiza sun sets . They are fully air-conditioned with two double/twin bedrooms, one double sofa bed, bathroom, lounge, kitchen, and a large balcony.
A new concept for 2012, these luxury sea view self-catering apartments also come with the added feature of 40” plasma TVs, playstations, media centres and access to Kanya Beach bar and restaurant on ground floor. Kanya Beach is often used by celebrities, DJs and friends of Pukka Up.

Lounge/Dining Room
The lounge is a great size and consists of a large sofa bed, feature chair, coffee table, storage units and a dining table. A sliding glass door leads from this room to the outside balcony which offers you views of the stunning Mediterranean. A 40” plasma TV and PS3 are included, fully loaded with the latest music and films.
Kitchen
The Kitchen is modern, spacious and overlooks the lounge area. It’s fully fitted with a fridge/freezer, oven, hob, microwave and washing machine.
Bedrooms / Bathroom
This apartment consists of two double bedrooms that can be configured to either doubles or twins beds. Both bedrooms have air con/heating, loads of wardrobe space. There is a full length mirror in one of the bedrooms. Both bedrooms have a small face mirror each. A double sofa bed means this apartment can easily accommodate up to 6 people.
The marble bathroom is situated in between two of the bedrooms and is fitted with a shower, sink and WC.

Kanya restaurant/bar is located on the ground floor offering authentic food and drinks throughout the day. Added benefit of LIVE Premiership football, on big screens. Luxury sun loungers surround the swimming pool, with palm trees and parasols offering shade if you get too hot! A small beach is located just moments away, which is an ideal place for chilling out, swimming or doing water sports. Café Mambo, Café Del Mar and Savannas are all within a 5 minute walk.

Conditions
A security deposit is payable (£500) 4 weeks prior to arrival.
*This covers any damage, additional cleaning costs or even noise pollution during your stay. Providing that you treat the apartment with respect, and leave it as you found it when you checked in, you will receive your full deposit back within 7-10 days of your departure.

The harbour is a short 15 minute walk from Kanya, here you catch a world famous Pukka Up boat party every Tuesday and Friday. Es Paradis is one of the most beautiful clubs in the world, and hosts the glamorous Hed Kandi every Saturday, while Eden next door is San Antonio’s super club, with brands such as Kisstory, Garlands and Judgement Sundays.
Water sports available nearby, beach, bars, restaurants, cafes and shops all within walking distance of your apartment.
