Further details indoors: Lounge/Dining Room The lounge is a great size and consists of sofas (including a sofa bed), coffee table, storage units and a dining table. A sliding glass door leads from this room to the outside balcony which offers you views of the stunning Mediterranean. A TV, DVD/ stereo awaits your arrival.
Kitchen The Kitchen is modern, spacious and overlooks the lounge area. It’s fully fitted with a fridge/freezer, oven, hob, microwave and washing machine.
Bedrooms / Bathroom This apartment consists of two double bedrooms that can be configured to either doubles or twins beds. Both bedrooms have air con/heating, loads of wardrobe space. A double sofa bed means this apartment can easily accommodate up to 6 people.
The marble bathroom is situated in between two of the bedrooms and is fitted with a shower, sink and WC.
Further details outdoors: Coastline Cafe is located on the ground floor offering authentic food and drinks throughout the day. Luxury sun loungers surround the 3 swimming pools, with palm trees and parasols offering shade if you get too hot!

Conditions
A security deposit is payable (£500) 4 weeks prior to arrival. Your security deposit will be transferred back into your specified UK bank account within 7 days of your departure, or when the necessary checks on the apartment can be made.
The following extras can be booked when you make your final balance: - Private chauffeur airport pick up and return - Welcome hamper (Bread, milk, bacon eggs, water, soft drinks - VIP at Pukka Up, Es Paradis, Mondays (1 x bottle of spirit & mixers) - The Official Sunset Boat Party, 7– 10pm, Mondays - Return day trip to Formenterra - VIP Table at Plastik, any day available, 7pm – 3am (Exclusive area & waitress service)
