About the home

New villa where no one has resided before, situated in a quiet area in the country, but not too far from the centre, where you can relax and watch the country parcels and the famous Ibiza sunsets.

Air-conditioning sunny rooms and new furniture make this beautiful property. Outside, the garden furniture is provided and the BBQ - perfect for dining by the pool.

There are different fruit trees around the garden and patios. The swimming-pool has a shower and nice outer decoration.

There's a local supermarket/bar at 5min. walk and a bus stop to San Antonio and Ibiza Town.

Dining room: Ample round shaped room (inside tower), with large dining table.

Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: Cleaning, towels and linen, at least once a week, possibility of 3-4 times a week if required.

12m x 6m swimming pool with shower, new Barbette, 2600m finca fenced, patios, fruit trees, nice outdoor furniture, big table for 16 people eating by the garden, big umbrella, chair and loungers.

All completely private. Upstairs, ample and nice solarium where you can drink and have nice views around the country and sunset.

The Ibiza region

3km (5 min drive) to San Antonio Center. Nice beaches like Cala Gracio, Cala Salada, Punta Galera are 10 min driving. There's a bus stop at 3min. walking from the villa. Buses go to San Antonio and Ibiza Town every 15 min. Ibiza Town and beaches around Ibiza Town are 12-15 min drive.

The San Antonio area

There's a local supermarket/bar just 5min walking, they bake fresh bread and have a good selection of excellent quality meat. They do a good breakfast coffee, typical ensaimada and more cakes.

“Perfecto!!!!!!” Such a beautiful house between San Antonio and Ibiza town. Total privacy with amazing facilities, fantastic pool and out door area. I was a little concerned about the host being down stairs at first but in hindsight think this added to reassurance dot security when we were not there. The host was lovely and did not bother us at all. We wouldn't have known she was there. Only had one issue with the washing machine which she addressed immediately. This house is beautiful. We were able to relax and unwind or party and let our hair down with no problems. This place made our stay in Ibiza amazing. Away from the usual crowds at hotels at this time of the year. Easy to catch cabs from and to and a bus stop near by. Security was great with a safe also provided. Would stay here again in an instant. Thank ou.
